    I remember ducking once when my mom and dad were fighting and my mom threw a frozen steak at him!! Lol she was a bad shot almost got me and totally missed him hahaha

    Thats was my 1st blood test, I now have to go to another Dr. So I figure I might want to be eating Gluten incase he wants to do any testing. I don't know! It is going to be harder for me to start eating gluten than it was for me to quit!

    TY I used to LOVE Outback!! But they quit making the Queensland Salad! So I quit going!! I may have to start again!!

    Try to make this short: Went to Doc. Asked him for the Celiac test. he had it done , plus regular blood terst but the girl didn't take enuf blood for Celiac, the place that was doing the blood test called, I went in and gave more blood, they even took more , just in case.     You really should be eating gluten for test. So they know for sure , I really don't know how to word this right. I guess in order to be tested you have to be eating it.     I will be reading this thread more often!! My Celiac test came back positive!! They called me once said it was negative!! They messed up the 1st time!! It is positive!! I have the answers to my problem!! So in a bout a month I will me Gluten free!! Will need the best sites and stuff to go to!!

    OK talked to the Dr's office , after they sent me a letter wanting me to call them, My test for Celiac came back positive. I said but you called and said it was negative!!     I think thats what happened!! I bet your friends co-worker in just intolerant. I am starting to believe I am just intolerant also ... I don't think your friend should of gotten so angry with you about it tho. Glad you were able to patch things up!!

    Today for fathers day , I am making smoked pork loin, bbq'd chicken wings, potato salad , I have no idea what the kids are bringing! But I know what I eat will be ok Soooo ummm how do you make your own Chips?

    I had a pretty long talk with a friend of mine today, she told me she thought I was doing great on my diet because I get it in my head I cannot eat some stuff so I just don't eat it! I said because 1st of all I hate spending most of my time thru out the day running to the rest room, and second of all , I went on this diet for 3 days and felt so much better...

    That is the kind I got!!! TY I was so very happy! Only thing is I didn't need that much! So I put the rest in a container and froze it! I will have to remember the turkey stock at that time of year!! I was going to post the ingredients but the container got pitched and taken out! So I couldn't!     Yes I have had my thyroid checked! My Dr. Checked everything when I wanted to be checked for Celiac. I had horrendous cramps last night again! Maby they are lessening a bit? I don't know!     Yea thats why I wish I would of been tested positive! So I wouldn't think in my head " I am not Celiac, I can eat some" And go for it!!     Last night we had a stir fry .... I found a beef broth that didn't have Gluten!! I could not believe it when I started looking at things , how many things had gluten that you wouldn't normally think would!! Yup beef broth!! Why on earth would they put Gluten in beef broth?     I take potassium supplement, also I don't use Aspartame , or artificial sweetners. I am assuming from Gluten... Hoo humm ohh well something I gotta live with maby!! Man do they hurt!!!
