    That's very beautiful, Lisa. I'm so sorry about your friend. In an unfortunate coincidence, directly before opening the email from Shroomie's husband informing me of her passing, I learned that a friend of my husband and I had also passed that morning. He had been fighting colon cancer and doing well, so this was for the most part unexpected.

    Celiac can most definitely affect liver function/numbers. 8 years after diagnosis, mine still fluctuate between well within normal and very slightly high. I've had the full compliment of testing and nothing shows up.
