    Chrisser-I know it seems hard and not worth it sometimes but --if you can just hang in there..I was thinking today that alot of younger beautiful ladies are having trouble..and getting depressed..I can't relate to that casue when i was YOUNG i was eating gluten...BUT after 15 years of feeling like crap and everyone saying it was in my head or God for bid...

    Congrats Nancy..isn't is amazing after fighting to loose weight all these years and going gluten free was the answer all along..no one ever thought of celiac b/c i was obese..so glad the news is getting out and drs. are helping us find the answers..or is should say ..the celiac community is helping all of us get info..     Lisa I know this is pain full. The green GasX sometimes work but I usually have my hubby 'burp' me like when our kids needed burping...he presses the palm of his hand on my shoulder blade (where ever you feel the pressure) and then pushed deep and hard up towards my neck as I am taking deep breaths in...for as long as it takes..i usually just start burping...
