    Vincent and Kristi congrats on a great kid. as a teacher i always loved these kids as they always had a twinkle in their eyes and a bounce in their step..Loved them dearly and still hear from some after all these years. judy

    Gary, Soy is a KILLER for me..please to elliminate it also. I know it's so hard getting started but with TOTAL gluten-free,dairy and soy out of your diet you might find you'll start to feel better. judy in philly

    Did anyone watch Oprah today. She had Faith Hill and Tim McGraw on and they were shopping and Faith held up a pair of yellow croc's and said how they loved them , ugly as they were and were going to get a pair for Oprah.     hI Sorry, not that I know of. Poor Rachel typed a copy of one of the cards once for us to see and Ross Cohn who produces them freaked and sent a email to forum for copy write violation.     Oh Rachel you are making my day. I was thinking of you last nite when I came in from the garden and took my 'antib bacterial soap' and used a tooth brush and in less than 1 min you'd never know I been in 'ucky' mud.!!!!     Stephanie, I just saw an add on TV today for Croc's. I couldn't believe it. I just took mine off and washed them with soap and water (was in the garden) and the look like new. they are sooooooooooo comfortable. Judy

    Bree After I was dx'd with celiac disease, my chiro dr. came and helped me go through my entire kitchen. She took all the food that we could not eat any longer and took it to her church 'needy' pantry so that the food would be used by someone of need. This might be good for the publicity too..     At this point, pretty much all exercise is out. I think I'll concentrate on getting more (and earlier) sleep, eating more often and more regularly, seeing that naturopath in town, actually taking my vitamins, getting more fresh air and trying to not let things (and people) bother me so much.     Carla and Ursula- I'm so sorry your both feeling so badly. The only thing that helps me when I'm this exhausted is swimming in a therapudic pool at 92 degrees. It helps me relax and helps the muscles and joints relax. Sure it's pain to go and change clothes etc but mentally i do find it helps me. All members in the class (about 8 ladies) are in the same...
