    hey, the date went really well! i had a fantastic grilled chicken salad, no croutons, etc. i asked about the chicken and everything and all went well. our waitress was kind of a witch about it but she did as i asked anyway. thanks for the ideas!

    i have been sick for many many years but it got really bad around 2001 and I finally self diagnosed myself with at least a gluten intolerance fall of 2005.

    does anyone here have joint pain especially in the shoulder? I accidently got glutened tonight and my shoulder is SO painful right now! It happened a lot before going gluten-free but I never really connected it before. i was just wondering if anyone had these same symptoms. amy

    i was actually really alert too. I remember everything that the doc told me before I left. I actually remember being really upset because I was having a really good dream that they woke me up from! Then I was fine the rest of the day, I just layed around and was lazy, which felt really good since I am usually such a high strung stressed out person!

    i actually am on Lamictal for a seizure disorder and it is a very safe medication. the chances of actually developing that rash are extremely unlikely. it is very rare, i would definetly not be worried about that. i also have absolutely no side effects from it and i can be pretty sensitive with medication. one of my friends was actually on it as a mood...
