Each person responds at their own rate, depending on how long they were having problems and the amount of damage. Also many people have problems with diary or other foods and they may need to remove those too.

  25. I went to a local Chinese Grocery store and they sold tapioca starch which I was told is the same as flour. You might see if that is available where you are.
