this is way late but in case anyone is interested I dont know if it is gluten or not but diet Dr pepper was killing me. hi, I received a list that had covergirl on it as gluten-free. I was using Avon glazewear all this time and didnt realize is had gluten in it. So I changed to everything covergirl. -
Peanut butter, eat lots of peanut butter. I got so sick of everything that I got hooked on peanut butter. I would buy the smaller jar and I would put honey in it and stir it up and just eat it in a spoon. Like savor it and I would wind up eating a cup at a time.
