  1. Thrive Market Coconut Flake Cereal, Bob Red Mills Paleo Musauli, Julian Bakery Pro Granola are corn and gluten free, the coconut flake and the Julian Bakery are grain free. You can also make porridge out of a nut based flour like almond, coconut, and a bit of ground flax....taste wonderful with a bit of extract, I made a almond and flax one for lunch today...
  2. Unsure how, unless they accidentally sourced something with gluten by accident (some companies have this happen on a RARE occasion where they bulk order a ingredient with the wrong number IE, Gluten free BBQ base for one with Soy or Malt) Not saying this is the case here just a consideration. Please E-mail the company as to a inquiry and give them the lot...
  3. 1. They still charge too much money. 2. I have a active infections that needs more then just a extraction, 3. Read the reviews......4. for a a bit under $800 I can get the tooth removed the infection removed, and a follow up implant in place from a professional dentist (read the reviews these are students practicing on you at those schools) already quoted...
  4. Unsure, if you have a Nima you can do what I did with the Fish Mox I was using (could not afford the pharmacy one). I opened the capsule mixed it in a disposable vile with some distilled water then put a bit of the paste in the nima to check if it was gluten free. I was on the stuff for 7 month for and infected abscess before I got a Candida overgrowth...
  5. Yep, that is my marker at the 6-24 hours mark after exposure, I get it from a few others foods also, something about right there no clue what. But laying down and massaging it helps, along with if I can power through them crutches and jumping jacks....it feels like something is stuck there. Might be in my head but doing these makes it gurgle and seem to move...
  6. The pain is not always present, hell I had for years not had ANY pain just other issues for years, I even developed the lactose intolerance years before. Later the pain came up and it quickly went really bad with my health nose diving and I thought I was dying and running a bucket list. Some celiacs never have pain at all, end even a few cases called silent...
  7. Mucus and loose stools is a sign of intestinal irritation, something is causing issues. NOW with gluten and lactose yes there is a connection if you have celiac disease it will damage, blunt and destroy the villi in your intestines. Guess what, the tips of these villi that are damaged first, they produce the enzymes to break down diary. Hence why many celiacs...
  8. I was doing some reading on the RDA for Magnesium and it is in the 400mg range as min. in America, BUT many health professionals talk about it needing to be DOUBLE THAT. In the case of celiac disease we have issues with absorption so I would say DEFINITE double to 800 as your minimum. I would space it out in 2-3 doses and perhaps do what I do on stressful...
  9. I have contacted my friend who is their sales manager, she forwarded the lot no. you gave to the quality assurance team for testing, they have yet to issue a recall so I do not think it was anything on their end. I went and bought a 1lb bag off amazon and tested it personally and came back negative, I even tried eating a few tsp in a overly seasoned omelette...
  10. Started keeping a dream diary for these lucid dreams, and having a bit of fun seeing if the amount of doctors best magnesium changes how intense and vivid they are. THERE is a direct correlation between the dose and how vivid the dreams are. I found it funny the majority of my dreams center around this disease, 3 out of 4 in the past 5 days did. I...
  11. Well the icecream machine for the business broke and is leaking Freon, company will not honor the warranty and I am screwed again by life trying to make money My infection in above my tooth started responding to upped dosage of antibiotics and was brought back under control, but then after 7 months of antibiotic use....I got a candida outbreak in my...
  12. I think this is someones exaggeration on how a Candida out break can make your body react to all kinds of foods in bad ways, and things your were sensitive to you become HYPER sensitive to. BUT the real reason for this is 1. Candida feeds on many sugars, starches, and various kinds of foods most people use as a staple and eating them causing the bacteria...
  13. 800-1200mg of day of magnesium mix of Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium glycinate/lycinate, I work out a a lot and have severe issues with deficiency in it so a higher amount is needed and I spread the dose out 3 time a day.
  14. Been sorta silently watching this topic so I would not jump on it, I had issues with the needle prickly, itchy, sometimes fire like skin crawling way before my celiac dia. It seemed to be made worse in the mornings and nights, after working or strenuous activity, after being in the sunlight, or in a source of direct heat. Best description crawling needle...
  15. First have you been tested for celiac disease? Any doctor can do the blood test but you have to be eating gluten on a daily basis for the test to work, nut much just a half slice of bread a day. You should get this tested, the high constipation, coughing stuff up was very common for me before diagnosis. The coughing stuff up for me was from a allergy that...
  16. Figured I would update on this, up to 1000mg of amoxicillin (500mg twice a day) it does nothing anymore the infection is constant, white area above the tooth, pressure and issues breathing out my right nostril some days, pressure behind my right eye, and ringing in my right ear. Checked around as suggested still only 2 places willing to work with me (do...
  17. I will just stick with christopherbean company, the fact the main sales rep I talk to has celiac in the family means a lot, she said they use it all the time. I tested some of the iffiest flavored version grounds for gluten all negative. NOT had any issues drinking all kinds of coffee from their company in the past few months. FACT the flavored ones actually...
  18. Old post from 2004, anyway, non dairy options daiya, follow your heart, lisanatti are gluten free. Kraft claims all products are gluten free unless wheat is listed as a ingredient. I have been personally expirmenting with making dairy free shredable cheese blocks using gelatin in nut based cheese sauce. So far mixed results, works great with cashew cheese...
  19. You might want to avoid legumes, many with gut damage from celiac can not tolerate them well especially in the whole form. By adjustment I assume you mean the bloat from all the fiber? That takes about a month for your body to adjust to a high fiber diet, you will need to drink alot more water lol. Digestive enzymes will be a huge help, also avoid excess...
  20. I have lucid dreams if I take it before bed, otherwise just darkness and the black void. I would think dreaming is a good sign regardless of nightmares etc. You mention lucid, as in you have control right? I have been actually enjoying them, as it is like some kind of odd game, where you can control what you will. Perhaps because I used to play video games...
  21. I found dedicated coffee, that I have been testing with gluten test kits from https://www.christopherbean.com/collections/flavored-coffee That normally just applies to flavored coffee btw. Tea are normally gluten free, there are some versions with roasted barley in them. If you need a good tea Republic of Tea is certifed gluten-free. NOW some people...
  22. Well I got a type of icecream machine, it is a rolled ice maker. I am looking at marketing it at the local farmers market starting next week. My base is dairy free, blend of almond milk, coconut full fat canned milk, maple syrup, and LorAnn Icecream flavors. Toppings and filling to chop into it include Enjoy Life Cookies, My own baked goods, Lets go Gluten...
  23. Getting in another order with them https://www.christopherbean.com/collections/flavored-coffee I was talking with the rep again about how wonderful it is having flavored coffee without contamination issues. I am looking forward to trying the Chocolate Marshmallow Gram cracker smores ones, Ginger bread creme brulee, pecan sticky buns, and the banana...
  24. Yes if it does not state the source of the said ingredient, or is not labeled gluten-free. In most cases companies will list if it is based from gluten, some rare times they will not OR they might source said ingredient from a new supplier or make a mistake on a order form sourcing a wheat based form unknowingly this leads to those recalls you see with undeclared...
  25. Well this just explained a metric ton of my issues....wax veggies make me puke, condiments with cellulose gel in them make me puke, certain medications make me puke, certain powder mixes do, etc. I never made that connection but yes I do get a itchy rash when they put ECG electrodes on me. Here I thought it was the fact I have a corn allergen and perhaps...
