  1. I have broken down and gotten a ice cream machine in the past 4 months and a bunch of lor ann oils ice cream flavorings. I found making a protein pudding mix flavoring it and loading it in for a after dinner bowl to make me pure pleasure and not care about breads/carbs.   2. Yeah, my first response to gluten is my lymp nodes swell, and I have been having the night sweats for a few years now. Got to admit the doctors actually causally said I might have lymphoma but needed further testing. Sorry can not be of more help, I will respond here if they ever get back to me about it.
  3. Yep, exactly like me. I did a post on the mental trauma of this earlier. There are plenty of post related to this with others talking about it. I do a mixed regime supplements to help with the anxiety, and has really taken the edge off. As for the fear, yeah my reactions are so bad that is instilled in me as a trauma and I have very similar dramatic reactions...
  4. I just stick to Spicely Organics....all their spices/seasonings are certified gluten-free and free of additives.
  5. Been running into a issue trying to find gluten free mushrooms. Seems as of late they like to grow them on a compost mix including oak chips, contaminated oats and rye or use a grain like rye for a spore carrier in starting batches. I have ran EZ-Gluten test and gotten positive results on several of the fresh ones in the stores, called and confirmed...
  6. Bit of a thought, try dropping both, getting the individual ingredients by themselves and try using just a teaspoon of one. Might be nasty and bland but would help figure out what it is that is bothering you. It could just be a one uses the offending ingredient in a higher concentration then the others or has something that off sets it. Oddly when you mentioned...
