  1. Since I don't have lyme, mine must be from candida or mercury...but I can't drink anymore either...I get really sick...D, foggy headed, feeling like I haven't slept in a week...and that's only after ONE drink. Sorry you aren't feeling well, but on the hair! Yes, I had shingles in a band around my lower back...she was wondering because...
  2. Charlie it is!
  3. Clark, that's my understanding about the chlorella. The practioner I'm seeing now (BioSET) recommended that to me while I still had amalgams in. I talked with her about it yesterday and she said that I should continue to take it, but we haven't started any type of chelation yet...so yeah, I think it only binds, but some people DO have adverse reactions...
  4. Well choir song went well and our small group did well too...at least that's what people said, lol. Got a lot of comments that we were good, so I'll take that and run with it. I agree about the horses...that would be sad, but I understand though. About Seth being too young. The girl I met at BioSET is having her baby son treated by BioSET...
  5. Yep, you and me, procrastinators. Yep. Um, somehow I think I knew this. I'll keep a look out for her at mine and let her know you're interested for 2009, lol. Oh yes we have a juice bar...we are a full service ville. You can hang out with the town bum, she's fun too. I will be busy relocating pests, shopping and...
  6. Anna sells chlorella too. I got mine from her and that way she can test it before you even buy it, although you've probably already been to WF, lol. Hi everyone!! Busy day today here! Proabably won't be on a whole bunch this weekend. I have to cram my choir song for Sunday, plus our little group is singing two songs and, well, after rehearsals last...
  7. We made them cute so I wouldn't be tempted to relocate them because someone didn't like bats or was afraid of them or something. Wish I could help more with your situation, but this part sure sounds heavenly!
  8. Your doctor! Oh yes, plain unsweetened yogurt to which I add some nuts and a little fruit. Yum! Okay, yes, frozen yogurt is good too. OMGOSH!!! Yes please! Love turkey and avocado and if you put bacon on it...well that's almost as good as a chocolate bumble bar. Wow, not sure about the discharge...
  9. I'm so very sorry!!! My father was killed in a car crash in 1996, it was sudden and unexpected...I have to say that time will heal. There is no time schedule for mourning or healing, but you will in your own time, everyone is different. Some can just pick up and get involved with other things to take their mind off, I just couldn't seem to do that. Eventually...
  10. Yeah, this is what I want...no food restrictions. I want me some YOGURT, lol. I LOVE yogurt. Don't care much about gluten, but really miss my dairy.
  11. Well, mine was covered because it was given as part of my PT session...I told them I was sick and Nancy said for the PT guy to give me a lymphatic drainage massage...they did it at least two times, maybe three, during that month I was sick. I know they do massages by themselves (without chiropractic or PT), and probably could have someone do just the lymph...
  12. And here's a link to the discussion about the baths: Open Original Shared Link
  13. Here is a link to the pictures that the owners of that forum took while testing one foot spa: Open Original Shared Link
  14. Thanks for the links today Carla. I've seen the footbath pictures before on the mercury toxicity forum I read once in a while. They're gross...there's also some discussion on there about some tests that were done by the people who run the forum that they got the same results on the icky water when they didn't have any feet in them, lol. The tests weren...
  15. Yes, the guys at HN did it for me a couple of months ago when I was sick--but only in the neck/shoulder region. I do think it helped a bit.
  16. I have both a rebounder and an exercise ball, and I bounce on one or the other of them once in while...I think I really need to do it more often. The HN doctors I go do also do a lymphatic drainage massage. Uh, yah, I can't imagine giving myself a shot, lol. Stupid alcohol! I wonder if Whole Foods would have it...I don't think I've ever heard...
  17. And as far as having more than one scope, I had three endoscopes and a colonscopy done last year within just a few weeks of one another. I had the first one with the colonoscopy then the second one the following week. The third was about 3 months later. My insurance paid its share for all of them (less any deductibles, etc.). I guess, it's possible it...
  18. It looks good for the 7th...he emailed me back and as of now, I'm slotted in for the morning. May have time to do a bit of shopping, then I'll have BioSET at 1:00.
  19. Yay!!! I'm jealous, lol. I get little mini massages for my neck and shoulders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at my PT session--about 10-15 minutes depending on who gets me (there's one guy that will give me longer if he can), but I really should go back to my girl and get a full 1 hour massage! I think I need one and I miss them. Course the PT guy...
  20. Okay, yes, kid's bathroom is a no go, lol. Hum, the sauna draws out it's own toxins right...but still they're leaving the body, so I would think it would still be good. At the spa you can soak in a hot tub afterwards.
  21. Yes, it's true to an extent. They go very deep, although my therapist always asks if the pressure is okay, and she will adjust and go lighter as necessary--you can always ask them to go less deep. I like it deep, so I let her use heavy pressure. Oddly, even with the discomfort, I DO feel relaxed, even during the massage until we get to my back which has...
  22. The hot/cold stone massage sounds interesting. I've been curious about the hot stone massages...the place I go to does them, but I love my deep tissue massage so much I always just have that. One of these days I'll have to try it.
  23. Same for me, a little over 2 weeks, but don't remember time of day. I agree, giving up dairy (especially cheese) was harder for me than gluten, but it can be done.
  24. Wow, looks like a great place!!
  25. Yay! I got an email already from Scott who may be able to schedule me for ART on Saturday April 7. He emailed me some times and I've responded back with what I think would work, so we'll see. I'm so excited to think I may have some direction soon. I've been afraid to take antifungals because I was afraid I'd release more mercury into my system and I...
