    Oh, and I took into the park with me nutrition bars and home made trail mix. For the room I also had peanut butter, which in the mornings I put on my nutrition bars until I could get to the food court for my pancakes and bacon. In the park I supplemented what I took with fresh fruit and sometimes had a turkey leg.

    First of all welcome! Secondly, I don't know how helpful I'll be, but I thought I'd answer anyway. It's been a couple of years since I've taken GSE, so I don't remember all the details, but I don't think I ever got above 7-8 drops at a time and not more than a couple of times a day...at that level, I saw no changes in my BMs.

    Yes both I think. I really DO think the BioSET is helping in some way. At the very least, BioSET identified some of my problem foods and nutrition stuff and avoiding those things has probably helped a lot. See, according to BioSET some of the "safe" foods on the elimination diet were not good for me...so that's why I wasn't seeing a lot of improvement...

    No worries...we do move fast but we always come back to mercury since it's an issue for many of us. Yah, I was going to say what noglurigl did...do the dentists do any kind of payment plan. You could do one at a time on a payment plan. Also, if you don't need crowns, the cost may not be as high. I would definitely not have a regular dentist do the work...
