    Yes, most of my old storage containers also had the tomotoe stains, but they also had little "blister" pock marks and scratches...I think that would be tough to clean out.

    I'm also exploring the adrenal fatigue thing...I too don't ever feel rested even when I DO sleep...this week haven't been able to sleep at all which is just making it worse. Fortunately I have a new group of doctors who really want to get to the bottom of things (they DO think it may be adrenal though).

    I shop at Whole Foods...I don't buy a LOT of gluten-free products because I'm trying NOT to eat a lot of processed foods of ANY kind, lol, but I do ocassionally indulge in a chocolate bumble bar if I can find one, or a bit of gluten/casein free chocolate. Whole Foods has the best selection of that type of thing and of organic meats and veggies and such....

    Yep, he mentioned garlic and onions too, so it must be the sulfer in those things not selenium. He did say if I eat seafood to take selenium. If I'm remembering correctly from past discussions on this thread, I probably shouldn't been trying too hard to detox from this until all the amalgams are out? Did I remember correctly?     Thanks! I've had the flu shot every year for the past 10 years or so, except for one year when they couldn't get a nurse to come in. I get them free at my job...they have a nurse come in to do anyone in the office that wants one. I've been trying to remember if I've had any bad reactions, and can remember at least one time that I had a really bad reaction...
