 so very true  Well I just got an email from Anna. She said she'd email me the stuff she tested today because there was NO way I'd ever remember, lol. I was wrong about the DMSA, I could handle 1000 mg TWICE A DAY, lol!! DMPS was only 200 mg per day then she has tDMPS which I think is a typo (I think this was supposed to... -

What are jojodots, lol? Is that the scrub? Hey all, I also bought some Evian mist. I tested after I got home (after all day with makeup on) and I think I'll like it...very fine mist. My plan is to use it after my foundation and before all the other stuff. -

GREAT BIOSET APPT TODAY I'm pretty excited, lol. When I saw Dr. S last month, he wanted me to ask Anna if they could test for the chelators. I'm going in once per month just for stuff like this. So today she tested me for the most used and the stuff they put in IVs. I tested fairly well for almost all of it, but DMSA was the best. She said... -
Do you buy the chia seeds off the internet or do you buy them in a health food store...I've been sort of looking (although not very diligently I must say) to in Whole Foods for them, but haven't noticed them yet.

Okay girls...don't be afraid to mix those wild colors. I went ahead and tapped out just a few grains of the Mojave Camping blush with quite a bit more Car Pool. It was kind of a smokey lilac...very nice. I put that on the crease and corner of my eyes. Looks VERY nice if I do say so myself. I got to thinking that it might also make a nice blush... -

Yeah, Stevia in anything hot = blech for me Hope that goes well for you! Hot lemonade sounds good though...my mom used to give it to me with a little honey when I was young and didn't feel well. Since I'm not following the candida diet strictly I've been using a little Agave nectar, but I'll have to give that up shortly. -

I haven't found one yet Nyxie, lol. I'm drinking hot water, which I initially thought was GROSS, but now am actually kind of fond of. Course, I'm STILL not following the candida diet either so I should live it up, lol -

Nyxie, my vote is for die off. I had a HORRID headache when I first went on the candida diet years ago, which lasted for nearly 2 weeks. The body aches also continued about that long. I felt MUCH better after that first two weeks. {{{length of time varies with each person, lol}}} -

Kassandra, Yeah, it's expensive. I just looked at the grams...16 oz is 454 grams and I take 10 grams per day (was taking 15) so that would last 45 days. -

Kassandra, I take PectaSol from DeeCee labs (which uses EcoNugenics Pectasol). I first got this in my HN doctor's office, but it was around $180 for 16 oz (just powder...not capsules). They wanted me to take it while I was having my amalgam's removed...I did and continued for over a year to take it everyday. The last 4 months or so I've been taking a... -

I do (well, I'm out now, but will be ordering again soon--the brand I take is wildly expensive). I take it with some other things about 30 minutes before I eat, but no one said to do that...it's just convenient that way. It's a binder, sort of like chlorella, but not as bad as charcoal I think. -

!!!! Well, I was slightly worried...what if I look like I have a black eye! Course applying said mix in the manner you just described would solve THAT problem. A new trend might be started. Hum.... -

Ha, well I sort of want the new special, but I can't think of enough to buy right now in order to get it, lol. Who knew I would run out of things to buy?! I know, shockes, amazes and astonishes even me. ETA: Almost forgot my brilliant idea I had in the middle of the night last night. Not only am I going to mix foundations colors...but I think I... -

Oh yeah, Mystic Blue is one of my favorites...that's not blue to me, lol. It's dark enough that it doesn't scream BLUE eyeshadow. When you test out your products for hive reaction, can you do one at a time like maybe on the inside of your arm? -

dlp252 replied to blondebombshell's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
I wish they wouldn't do that, lol. Flourless doesn't necessarily mean wheat or gluten free. These breads use 100% Whole Grains, and that just means they are not ground into flour. I personally think it stinks that they use flourless, but that's must my personal opinion, lol. This company does make some gluten free breads made from rice flours and I think... -

I'm still scared of the blues, lol. I did try one of them, but haven't tried the other yet. The other one I was afraid of trying was Anytime blush as an eyeshadow. It was too pale and chocky as a blush for me, but I thought it was too pretty to get rid of, so been meaning for weeks now to try it as an eyecolor... Today was the day! Looks very... -
Laurie, I don't always feel that feeling worse is a good sign, but for some reason when I read that some of your symptoms came back, it sounded good in your case. The antibiotics are most likely getting some of the bugs, which is stirring up the candida, so the worsening symptoms (in this case) actually sound like things are working. That's just my non...

Okay, so after watching my recording of the last hour of last night's performances, I want two things for next week... I want Amanda to sing a nice bluezy ballad and Ramiele to rock out, lol. Don't get me wrong, I like Amanda and like her style, but I'm really wanting to see something a little different from her, and I want Ramiele to break loose... -

Forgot to address the layers question! I think I put on one main layer plus some sweeps. What I do is tap out some minerals, swirl my brush, start buffing it on one section of my face, then lightly buff over the rest of my face. I repeat the process but start on a different part of my face. I repeat one more time on yet another part of my face...so... -
