    Okay I just heard from my GI's office... My ampulla biopsy was ruled benign, but the cells showed some signs of precancerous changes.     I clean mine about once a month I think. I have two sets so that I can really wash them good and use the other set while the first is drying...I let them dry at least two or three days.     Ear plugs might work...I'll bring some, lol! They're soft foam, so shouldn't be objectionable to them.

Yes, I'll call Andrea and maybe Patti and even Rachel if I feel chatty--it depends on how "out of it" I am, lol. I don't think I'll get a heavy sedation...I think they just do a leg block with a light sedation, but I can't imagine being awake for 90 minutes...

    Yep, I did the teeth whitening stuff. It seemed to work...it's not dramatic but there is a difference. I may repeat it in a few months and see if that does anything more. It's called GoSmile and I got it at Sephora. I only noticed some slight sensitivity on a couple of applications and that only lasted for a few minutes. EDITED TO ADD: Here...

    My mother had a couple of D&Cs but I can't remember how that went. I know she had lots of cramping and I do think she bled, but not sure how much.

    I don't think you go under sedation for sigmoidoscopy...at least here they don't put you out. I haven't had one for several years though...but my aunt had one recently and she didn't have sedation (i.e., she could drive herself home). For a colonoscopy yes. My first endoscopy was done at the same time as a colonoscopy.

    Nope! But I did manage to come home with money, lol! And, considering how much the food has gone up in a year or so since we were there last, that's kind of amazing, lol. We DID play enough to get two free buffet dinners at the Wynn (a most EXCELLENT buffet), which would have cost us $35 each.

    I'd have been miffed...you had talked with him about it last night. I'm thinking the two biggest water using items isn't a new thing either...can't have been the first time that issue has come up. I think miffed was appropriate! !!     I'm baaaaacccckkkk! Well, I only ended up wearing makeup on the flight over to Las Vegas, lol. I DID take some with me, but it was so hot there and the air conditioning was doing a number on me, so I felt like I needed to wash my face all the time. So, I'm back to work today and back to normal makeup routine.

    Just back from Las Vegas, and just wanted to inform my silly friends that BETTI the YETI is alive and well in Las Vegas. Yes, indeed. I saw ONE slot machine in ONE casino called Betti the Yeti, so in honor of my friends here in sillyville, I had to play it. True to the gist of what I've read here...Betti the Yeti was not good to me!
