    Yes! Methinks Canada is the only country that offers this bit of packaging variety. We have the option of buying a big package of three litREs of milk that come in three separate bags. One places the bag in a special milk-bag-holding container, snips one corner of the bag to pour, and there we have it. Quite lovely, until one of the *!#%#1* bags leaks...
