Im just saying that it helped and I absolutely know I should not consume gluten regaurdless. The sublingual b-12 helped too.

I have never been able to tolerate artificial sweeteners. It makes me feel shakey and like im having a nervous break down. I recently tried crisp apple cider and didn't noticed that back sweetener was listed in the ingredients. Never heard of it. I looked it up and its artificial sweetener [it didn't say what kind it was. Last week I thought I was having a nervous breakdown. This time I choose Jonny apple seed cider with sugar, a few more calories but that's not an issue. It is also glutenfree. Has anyone else had these reactions to artificial sweetener?

try super b complex and avoid night shades. Tomatoes give me extreme fatigue and sting pain pain with my arthritis. I feel like I have been run over by a freight train for days. might be what your eating for lunch. The super b complex brought my energy level back up almost immediately.

I was accidentally glutening and I read on here to try sublingual b-12. I went to the health food store to get some and the lady told me they also make enzymes to break down the gluten .I tried the gluten zyme with food and I felt better within 30 minutes. first I tried the b-12 and it helped with the brain fog. If you ever tried lactose pills for lactose intolerance, they kind of work like that

I would like to know what brand that was. I tried buckwheat by hodges mills and threw it out. I never saw anything but I felt the symptoms of glutening

my three pregnancys were so hard on me that I was sure I could never handle another one. migraines for the first four months and sick. this was before I knew anything about gluten. I would think you would have a much healthier and easier pregnancy and healthy happy baby now that you are gluten free. best wishes mom

Thank you for that. I must be paranoid with my food phobias. The health food store meat is expensive and it was also red. I used to buy my steaks from braums because they were so good although they did not look as good in color. They were air tight packaged and a purple like color. I may go back to that. Thanks again.

So sorry! I too use a magnifying glass because some prints are so tiny I can barely read them with my glasses on. If your are worried about red meats, you should be. I buy mine frozen from the health food store after reading a label on what claimed to be pure organic natural beef. the label stated that the color of the meat was not an indication of freshness. that tells me it has soy to preserve color and freshness. It looked very fresh and colorful. don't give up.

I don't eat a lot of corn but I do like it and don't have any issues with it. I love the corn tacos and I put corn in my soup all the time.

I used to think it was impossible to avoid soy until I went gluten free and that took care of a large percent of it. I haven't drank any juice since I went gluten free about 2 months ago because my stomach wasn't healed. Im not brave enough to try it again yet and I gave so much food including my juice to my kids. I also cannot have soy. It makes me bleed and bleed and bleed. 2 moths and im off the bc pills for bleeding disorder. I also suffered migrains and joint pain. Same thing with milk but now the only milk I can drink is bottled from a local farm. and some cheeses I can eat. Check your vitamins. The ones I was taking had soy in them.

ok so this makeup does not list ingredients on tube. It must have been on the box. I will look it up on line. I have noticed since I've been eating a lot of pumpkin which is loaded with vit -A I am now sensitive to any skin product that contains retinol-a which is also a vit-A. I get the slight burning sensation a redness. Im guessing it may contain retinol- a. Thankyou.

I did check all the symptoms of thyroid issue but I don't think im really matching up with that. I will give it a few more more months and see if they get stronger. I am curious, what is Blosil?

My nails have never been short or weak. they are so short now and still chipping and cracking, I don't know what to do. Is there a vitamin or something that will help.

Dairy does not affect me in anyway but I only drink memory lane milk bottled and fresh from a farm, not full of antibiotics and whatever else they do to it or cows. I stopped drinking regular milk off the shelf about 5-6 years ago. I couldn't stomach it and I have always loved and drank milk. I still cant eat cheddar cheese without issues. swiss, mozzarella, and provolone are ok.

You can't always rely on doctors and/or test results. Listen to your body cause if you are feeling better and getting better, what else matters really. I am self diagnosed and I have been gluten free for 6 weeks and it just keeps getting better all the time. Try to stick to wholesome foods. fruits, vegies, beans, and rice. Avoid processed foods, flavored foods, I always use sea salt too. Snacks I like that are safe Kozy rice and chocolate pudding, fritos[ make sure they are corn, salt corn oil only] King aurther brand cake is wonderful with betty crocker frosting. Andys frozen yogurt is safe. Im very leary about eating out. I also avoid soy but I have issues with it. DONT EAT BEANS FROM A CAN bad idea! Be careful with medications and vitamins. I use naturemade and can only take advil cold and sinus. I cook a lot in the crockpot and make my own chicken soup and porktenderloin roast. Tinkyada rice spaghetti and noodles are great and I use ragu it's safe. soy sauce has gluten. chex cereal is supposed to be gluten-free. I switched to gluten-free oatmeal cause reg oatmeal can be cross contaminated and probably was cause I feel better since I switched. I use corn tortillas for Mexican food and did find a taco sauce that's gluten-free. You don't have to spend a lot of money buying special gluten free products.

I need to switch bathroom cleaners. I have become so sensitive to smells and Mr clean and Lysol give me headaches. Does anyone know of something else that doesn;t smell so strong. My Lysol toilet bowl cleaner smells good to me and so does the glass cleaner-sprayway, and pledge-no issues.

ok sounds like oil does not work for you. I sent some other replies from my e-mail but I don't see them here so excuse me if I am repeating myself. I use honey PURE RAW HONEY and warm it and brush it on with makeup brush or fingers. I do it once a week but it can be done daily. I like to do it in the shower or tub because I can be messy. leave on for a few minutes and rinse with warm water. It cleans with out drying or needing a moisturizer and leaves skin looking younger and soft. If honey makes you swell like it does me but didn't years ago, use the BUCKWHEATHONEY. it is not a gluten grain, it's just the name of a flower that they pollenate off of, wich is in fact gluten free. I have also used honey just recently and in the past for a skin growth that looked like not a mole but skin cancer. I put the honey on it with a bandaid over it for two days and it fell off. shhhh! don't tell the government or they will outlaw it and kill all the bee's.. that spot came from where I spray perfume and had been using chantily that I just switched too. Might be just a coincidence. good luck
