    yup, i have the pancake mix too..very good but the stuff i mentioned above is even better i've tried other gluten-free brownie mixes none are as good..my son begs for the cake and he does not eat gluten-free..i make a homemade gluten-free/df choc frosting to go with

    hi guys, just wanted to share my favorite gluten-free products..Namaste makes the best brownie, chocolate cake and pizza crust mix I have ever had!! I make the cake and brownies weekly..the mixes are Hugh, brownies bake in a lg 13x9 pan and the cake mix makes a double layer. I had my first gluten-free Pizza tonight..made the crust, topped with fresh...

    you can make them homemade, so much better..i make 3 pots all in one day and then freeze them..yum!!

    from what i gather they changed the ingredients..I looked at them at a different grocery store and they did not say gluten free, but the ones I have do, its marked on the side of the box in red..i think once all the stores sell out of the older boxes you will see them I get sick really easy..had another one just on a plate today with the kraft lactose...

    I just looked again at mine, the flame grilled says "gluten free" in red, I looked at the ingredients, yup, its gluten-free

    the grilled is gluten-free too, i had it for lunch today, had a leftover corn taco shell so i nuked the burger, topped with kraft shredded cheese [lactose free ] broke it up, stuffed it in the taco shell with lettuce and olives..it was good, fast and low fat too

    I have tons of chicken tenders, so I'm going to make chicken nachos with sauteed red onion and yellow peppers. thank god for kraft shredded cheese, its the only real cheese that is lactose free

    thank you all again, this can be a very frustrating disease I'm going to stick with the diet, he told me to stop taking the levsin, its the only pill that helped my pain but he said it slows down digestion even more..now i wonder if that's true

    thank you so much for the support, everything you just posted is just what I was thinking!! I avoid dairy as much as possible, when I do it it I take a lactose pill its so hard to find a good dr, most don't know enough about celiac disease thank you again, I thought my blood test results were enough proof to go gluten-free..he just shook his head at...

    thanks guys he has me so confussed..he said other ppl who say they have severe stomach pains with celiac just think its the gluten, but its not, that eating gluten would not in anyway give me pain within a few hours of eating it! hes going to get intouch with me next week, may want me to go on a very high gluten diet for 4 weeks then do another biopsy...

    Hi guys, went to another new gastro today, hes suppose to be one of the best..well..we were talking about my symptoms, I mentioned that when I was eating gluten I got severe stomach pain everyday, 2-3 hours after i eat i would be on the floor with severe stomach pain..he then told me celiac DOES NOT cause stomach pain like that, ever and he does not think...

    I've had the same thing happen with salt, my body broke out in hives, I was shaking and had trouble breathing..went to my allergist and he gave me an EPI-Pen

    thank you I'm not sure where you're from I get the lactaid american cheese at star market/shaws grocery stores here in mass..its white american...now I can have cheeseburgers and fried egg sandwiches again

    never, not with the stomach pain I get..I wish I could die its so bad I don't think other celiacs get severe pain like i do, at least I don't see much talk about it
