  2. Hi, I agree, I hate the taste of bean flour! After searching for almost 3 years for a great chocolate chip cookie recipe, I finally found one Just use Bette H gluten-free featherlight flour mix [i make it up myself] and then follow the tollhouse cookie recipe...they are just as good if not better than Real chocolate chip cookies. Everyone loves them...

    lol...we may have said hello?? I was seated at the end of the long table when you first went in the back room, my hubby was there too. I'm not going to make the August dinner, hopefully the sept one. I live in Mass, so I hope they will do more here.

    wow everything sounds so good, thanks for the help...we will be going to the one in Natick ma. I was told on another board to make reservations, is that really needed for a late lunch? also that to avoid problems with the gluten-free food to call ahead, then ask for the manager when I get there? I just wanted to go have a nice safe meal..ask for the gluten...

    Hi everyone, My hubby wants to take me to PF Changs...I was looking at the gluten-free menu and have no idea what I would order, I can't eat spicy foods..If you've been there, what's good? Thanks!

Hi, just thought I'd share with those who haven't tried it yet, I made the Bobs RM pizza last night, it was awesome, the best I've has so far, I was surprised because I'm not a fan of the products. the price was great [ I bought it at Ocean state job lot for those in Mass ] easy and it made a very large pizza..plenty for 3 ppl.

  12. Land O Lakes has some nice gluten-free recipes, the marble cake is yummy. My favorite gluten-free dessert is choc chip cookies, just use the tollhouse recipe and replace the flour with Bette H featherlight flour mix..to die for lol

  15. Hi, My hubby and I want to have a couple toasted almonds with our BBQ..he bought the ingredients: Hiram Walker Coffee Brandy and Amaretto, you mix the 2 with milk..yum! I have looked everywhere I can think of online to see if coffee brandy and amaretto are gluten-free..no luck? Does anyone know if they are safe? the only other ingredient on the bottles...

I made tollhouse chocolate chip cookies last week using Bette Hagmans flour blend, my mother ate 3 cookies, said they were the best she's had, then I told her they were gluten-free..she had no idea! I also made brownies using the same flour blend, awesome, can't tell they are gluten-free. Its a whole lot cheaper to make up the mix yourself, I agree with...

  19. I'm always cold, just can't seem to get warm unless I workout. I keep my heat at 80 all winter, my hubby and son wear shorts in the house to keep cool My Dr says its because I'm thin [5 feet 5 108lbs] everyone tells me if I gain weight I'd warm up...I realize ppl who are overweight don't get cold, they are insulated, but wonder if theres more to it ...

Hi, I have a few questions for those of you who have baked these, the measurements don't add up, he says to use [11 ounces brown rice flour, approximately 2 cups ] but 2 cups is 16 ounces, thats a big difference...same thing with the sugars.
