Hi, I thought I read somewhere that Activated Charcoal helps with gas and the belly pains, I use tons of rolaids multi-symptom chewables because my belly just blows up with air and gets very painful. If you have used charcoal or are using it I would love your input on it, how does it help you? also, which brands are safe? thanks!
