  1. Congrats, I just hit my one year mark too..feeling better, but still having stomach pain, thought it would have stopped by now. go out and havea nice gluten-free meal!!

  3. I've been using "avon moisture theraphy Intensive hand cream" I emailed them and was told its safe. Its amazing stuff, my hands get so bad they would bleed, now they're so soft. I order on line, its in a white tube, blue lettering 4.2 oz. my hubby has rosacea, nothing the dr gave him helped, he used this on his face and it all went away in 2 days!! hope...
  4. I was told Sorrento is gluten-free But is made on the same lines as their wheat and gluten products..I was hoping someone knew of a safe brand

  14. I'm thinking of buying this, it has a gluten free cycle, from what I understand it's the only bread machine that has this, if you own it I would love to hear what you think thanks!

  20. thanks so much, I will use 2 egg whites and applesause to replace the fat from the crisco, it sounds yummy and easy
  21. I'm always in search of low fat and low calorie gluten-free desserts, can't find much of anything! also, a good cream of mushroom soup and a basic brown gravy.
  22. does anyone have one they would like to share that does not use bean flours? I will change it a bit to make it low cal/low fat..finding gluten-free desserts that are not made with lots of butter and oil is hard! thanks
