  2. hi guys, this will be my first year having a gluten free thanksgiving, I making my Italian sausage stuffing, but just switching to gluten-free bread...For my glutened recipe I used day old bread cup up in cubes, untoasted...was going to do the same this year with the gluten-free bread but I see other ppl saying they toast the gluten-free bread first, is there...

  5. I'm making my italian sausage stffing I've made for ten years, just switching to gluten-free bread and gluten-free italian garlic and cheese sausage from whole foods,, hopefully it will taste almost the same
  6. hi, TNT is tried and true i made up the recipe this morning, added 2 cloved crushed garlic, it was very good, thank you so much for sharing, i can't tell you how much I've missed the "cream Of" soups...ran out and bought some ham, so tonight I'm making chicken, ham and cheese roll ups with it..YUM!! thank you again!! betty

  9. megan, I'm wondering if I got glutened and thats whats going on, the littlest bit of food and my belly gets hugh, fills up with gas, that just sits there and causes me terrible pains thanks for your help

I always buy the Namaste chocolte cake [to die for!!] and the brownies, I make 1 to 2 cakes a week with a homemade gluten-free/df choc frosting he also has the Kinnikinnick Italian and tapioca breads...lots of thier stuff! great gluten-free/DF chocolate this week I tried the sensible foods sweet corn snacks and the mixed dried fruit..the corn was great...

I can't thank you guys enough for the help..if ant of you were DX'd from a biopsy please let me know as he said that is the only true test, but told me he will only take one "sample" and would want me to go back to eating high amounts of gluten for 4 weeks first. Hi Guys, I'm going back to my Gastro on Friday, the last time I saw him he insisted that celiac disease DOES NOT cause severe stomach pain and that my borderline positive blood tests [i was one month gluten-free at the time of test] means nothing..I went on to say I get severe stomach pain, so bad I'm on the floor crying day after day, he said celiac is not...

  16. the rancho chico is on rt 1 in plainville (we think of it as Attleboro, Mass] if coming from watertown take the mass pike to 495 south to rt 1 south,its right after the 2d set of lights on the right. [1 mile]..its worth the drive!!!! if you go to the website they may have directions i'm in needham a lot, thats where I grew up and they have a great gluten...

    I make these great chicken tenders in the oven..I mix the gluten-free gorilla crunch cereal and gluten-free corn flakes, crush them up nice and fine add a little salt, pepper, garlic powder..then dip the chicken tenders in honey, coat with the cereal then bake in the oven till done and crispy[high oven, around 375-400]..I put them on a cookie sheet with...

  20. hi megan, we go to "Rancho Chico" in plainville, its on Rt 1 its family owned, great food.. TONS of it and your own gluten free menu!! I get 3 meals out of my one dish, go hungry.. Yummy!! thanks for the thumbs up on legal, is it expensive?

  22. thank you...last week I tried the Gluten Free pantry french bread/pizza mix, I did exactly what the package said and let it rise for 40 mins in a warm spot, it was a sticky mess, couldn't even roll it out..the whole thing went down the drain! does the Chebe make a big enoyh crust for 3 ppl??
