Hi guys, just a couple questions...for about 3 years before going Gluten Free I would get this terrible very itchy red rash across my belly, It would get so itchy I would scratch so bad it would bleed, it would last a month or 2 then just calm back down..happened about 4 times a year...went to a few Drs but they had no idea what it was and told me to put...

  4. thanks for the replies...I read 320 mgs is the right amount for my age range, I'm 45 my hubby had sleep apnea, hes great now had an operation to help him. I called my Dr today and will see him on Wed. this is so much worse than my usual chronic fatique. I'm going to read about narcolepsy

  11. Hi, is there such a thing as something all natural to boost energy levels? I have chronic fatigue and take vit B but I'm so tired everyday its scary, I also have hypothyroid and take synthroid. I'm at the point where its hard to get through the day no matter how much I sleep or coffee I drink thanks

I would appreciate it! the sugar in the Sharons may be what put the extra weight on me, before going gluten-free I ate very little sweets, but now I find I crave them, I think its because there are so many other things I can't have..I'm also hoping the sugar will give...

  17. I use Avon moisture therapy..best stuff i ever used, my hands were cracked and bleeding from too many cleaning supplies, now they're very soft

  20. hi, I put my personal photo up under my name but its not showing unless you click my name and then it shows as a drop down...how do I get it to show all the time under my name like other members? thanks for the help
  21. Thank you so much for the info, I will look into it some more. I will enjoying a wonderful all natural coconut sorbet, but found I gained 5 pounds, so I completely stopped eating it..going gluten-free has made me gain weight even though I workout and do weight lifting thanks again!
  22. I was in such a hurry shopping, I just saw the amount of butter and put it back..had no idea that little box makes 3 crusts, that helps alot. I'll have to go back and grab it, I'm cooking a turkey tuesday for hubbys b-day, a pie would be nice with the leftovers..I may even just crust the top. thanks for letting me know!! have a good weekend
