  1. I use mostly all glass too, the few pieces of plastic I use are all new for me, no gluten allowed!
  2. thanks I know my makeup is gluten-free. my shampoo and conditoner and soap looks ok, but we don't eat those so either way I'm safe.

B,D or K..I do not take any vitamins as they always upset my stomach. the high tTg could that mean I'm getting glutened by mistake or more to the fact that it has only been 7 months gluten-free?   4. thank you both for the support, Not having a 100% positive result is so frustrating If I was one of the "lucky" celiacs that go on this diet and feel a whole lot better I would not be so stressed out over weather or not to continue to be gluten-free, but I'm still dealing with stomach pain everyday, not as bad as before gluten-free, but pain everyday...
  5. thank you kelly, raven and patti..she made me crazy, all I've been doing is crying and thinking I should just start eating gluten again. the Dr I saw was in Needham, she works with BI in boston and the neddham campus. when I first met with her I did not tell her I was also Dx with IBS, I didn't want her to be able to use that as a way out of my stomach...
  6. hi guys, my Dr just called, said everything looked good with the colonoscopy and the only think she found in the endoscopy was a ulcer. she did the celiac blood work after being gluten free for 7 months, and said only one of the labs was elevated. [a different dr did my original celiac blood work 7 months ago] after speaking with her i am more confused...

I've been told by 4 drs i have the worst case of IBS they've ever come across, I believe it! get the book "the first year,IBS' By Heather van Vorous and never eat unsoluble fiber on an empty stomach, unsoluble fiber is a trigger food for IBS. thers a great IBS website by heather you should ckeck out[message me if you want the site] btw..I bought the...

  9. thanks for the help on the orange peel, I'll look online about ordering..whhole foods probably sells it but they are so over priced, one of the supplements I buy online is about 9 dollars, whole foods is selling it for 22 talk about a mark up!

  11. thanks everyone for thinking of me, still in pain, but it is better..never again will I get a colonoscopy The Dr said again it was because I'm so small not sure I agree with that! no Tylenol allowed or Advil for a week, I'm now getting a bad cold, probably from being in the hospital, my immune system sucks

  13. Hi Lynn, thanks for the tip I've been in bed since the colonoscopy, had some problems with it and have been in the worst pain of my life, at least sitting up today..hopefully things will just get better
  14. I had a banana around noon ans will have chicken tonight I was going to take my levsin, but waiting to ask the Dr if its ok, they said no advil
  15. thanks guys Patti, I was hoping you'd see this post, I called the Drs office they said she'd call me back, now I wish I didn't call..she'll probably tell me to go to the ER to cover her butt! I just thought after 24 hours the pains would be gone, hopefully tomorrow will be better. thanks for the concern patti
  16. thanks, its more like someone beat me up inside, the pains are not severe but they're there and constant along with gas that won't move

  19. hi guys, well, its over and done with, the dr did 4 biopsy's. I'm having a lot of crampy pain in my lower stomach [bellow the belly button] and very gassy, but can't get it out..i'm thinking the pains are from the scope and normal, has anyone had this the day after? thanks Betty

  22. hang in there...my dr is thinking of having me do a challenge, not sure I could do it as my main symptom is severe stomach pain..good luck, you're a brave woman and while your at it please have a large xtra cheese pizza for me, what the hell, a steak and cheese sub would be great too!

  24. this may be a stupid question but what exactly is it? shouldn't I be ok with it since I have no problems with corn?
  25. hi, it seems when ever I have high fruitose corn syrup my belly hurts. I eat corn chips with no problem and sugar is ok so I don't know why that bothers me?
