Hi, I make my own, we had it last night..its my hubbys favorite meal. mix together: 1/2 Cup honey 1/4 Cup gluten-free Soy sause [san-J] fresh grated ginger to taste pour over chicken [i use tenders] marinate 1/2 hour to 2 hours, cover and bake. I make a fried rice with veggies to go with it YUMMY!!!!!

  6. someone was cooking with them on food tv, but I missed most of it..I had them in my hand at whole foods, but didn't buy them..if you've used them, are they any good? do I have to deep fry them? I thought the cook on tv just filled and ate? thanks

  11. I was surprised too, because they're suppose to help the stomach. the worst was the pain right in the center of my stomach..I ended up in bed it got so bad

I bought the 365 digestive enzymes a few weeks ago, for the first 3 days I was having terrible stomach pain..I wasn't sure if it was the enzymes or not, stopped them for 5 days, pain stopped, then took for 2 more days..terrible pain again..I brought them back, they said they take anything back even if its just because you don't like the taste
  16. patti, the white rice I use is bobs red mill..the brown rice is arrowhead mills. I almost always substitute oil/butter for applesause, yes, it helps with the fat and calories [hubbys on a diet] but it does seem to make the recipes more moist, besides none of use needs all that oil, its not healthy I keep a big bag of the mix made up in the fridge...

LOL..I agree!! heres the basic recipe, easy and moist 1 1/4 Cups white rice flour 1 Cup brown rice flour 1/2 Cup tapioca Flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 4 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon xanthan gum 1/3 Cup sugar mix all ingredients together and store in large freezer bag to make muffins, to 1 Cup of flour mix...

  23. hi guys, I eat chicken [mostly boneless] 5 to 6 nights a week, I could really use some new recipes. I can't have dairy, pasta sause or spicy food do you have any family favorites you'd like to share? thank you! Betty
  24. thanks, I use to make them as a teenager with my family, we did it the Italian way with breadcrumb stuffing and pasta sause..but can't have either of those. I wanted a simple recipe, yours is perfect! forgot they take so long to cook
