  1. thank you both, I think I'll pick some up, I was looking at some online and its pricy, How much do you take a day? everyday or just when your having stomach trouble? for heartburn I use rolaids and DGL. peppermint is the WORST thing to take for hearburn, I ended up in the ER a couple years ago, the heartburn and pain was so bad, they asked what I took...
  2. I do the floor workout, love it also started using a glider about 4 years ago, great non- impact workout, then 4 days a week weight training

  6. has anyone tried this for stomach pain and heartburn? I've been doing a lot of reading about it, some sites say it helps the pain and the heartburn others say it can cause even more stomach problems. just wanted the opinions of those who have used it thanks, Betty

  9. I've been gluten free 3 months, thought I'd be much better by now, but lots of great members here have told me it can take up to a year Its an awful feeling, having it again now

  12. thanks donna I bought sub-lingual B12 last week at traders, but when I got home I noticed it has lactose in it..I'm lactose intolerant..though I don't think there would be enough to bother me...it doesn't go into my belly anyway does it?

  20. everyones different, but I would use it The body cream I use every night is bath and body works, though it does not have oats..unless you plan on licking your skin or eating it lol

    we are ordering in Thai food today for my sons 19th b-day..I've never had it and can't tolerate many spices..I did call them yesterday and they said most all the food is gluten-free and cooked to order..I'm nervous to order..any ideas, or should I just not eat it?
  22. oh thanks, I thought someone would know what I was dealing with..I know my dinner was safe! I'm a little better, but not good...I keep telling myself to call my Gastro and make an appt. to get a colonoscopy, its the only GI related test I have not had, too scared and embarrassed. does anyone know what they look for and what can be found with a colonoscopy...

  25. thanks..its the weird, cold sweaty feet that I don't understand..plus last night my while body broke out in a cold sweat, and I thought I was going to throw up, came on very fast, lasted about an hour then it calmed down...my dinner was safe, I know, I cooked it lol
