  1. I suggest you do some research on adrenal fatigue and also digestive enzymes. You might not be digesting proteins. Also, research Biomeridian testing. It pinpointed my vitamin deficiencies and turned my life around.
  2. My first thought is an overgrowth of candida yeast. I suggest you do some research on that as well as trying broken cell chlorella.
  3. Your symptoms indicate thyroid issues. Doctors told me for 30 years that my levels were fine and never cared anything about my symptoms. I am sickened that I lived so long feeling like crap. I have had one benign lump surgically removed and recently had another come up. I am done with doctors telling me my bloodwork is fine. After running across www.realthyroidhelp...

  11. Here in Tennessee, I order the fajita nachos with chicken or beef. They are no longer on the menu but they will still make them for me.
  12. Thanks folks for finding this out. My 13 year old son had read to me many times the ingredients and told me I can eat them but I really didn't pay any attention. As a cereal lover, I can now add them to my grocery list.
  13. Sorry, I am new at this forum. If there is any doubt at all as to whether something contains gluten or not I won't take a chance on eating them.
  14. After reading all the posts, I called Mcdonald's and asked what was going on. In compliance with the new food and drug laws they have changed their labeling. It is not the fries that have the wheat, but the oil used to fry them could originally have contained wheat but through processing should have been eliminated. Actually nothing about McDonald's fries...
  15. Hello Julie, You might consider telling the doctors to check your thyroid levels. This could be causing your fatigue and thyroid disease is associated with celiac. Good Luck
