  1. you said milk protein so the protein one is not lactose free? I know the boost plus are?
  2. Does anyone have a list of the gluten free Boost drinks I have only had the Chocolate Boost plus, is the protein formula ok too?

The Gluten Free Pantry makes the BEST mix in my opinon its so far the best I have tried, we make a loaf a week we slice it with an electric knief and store it in the frig to keep it from molding, and its great toasted or for a cold sandwhich, we use the bread machine to make it but there are oven directions also on the package, we get it at Wild Oats.

  5. I eat lots of spinach, almonds, tons of fruit and veggies, I just thought I was missing out on calcium from the most thought of source milk, I should be fine then. thank you all for helping me think about the whole foods I can eat and do eat!

I am gluten free and recently have had problems with diary and it seems to be problematic with soy too, cutting out all of this makes me feel like I am deprived of nutrients I need, I take 2 multi purpose vitamins a day But I feel like I am not getting enough calcium in my diet, I am at the age where I need some!

  16. Thank you, my nauesa just doesn't make since, I am not eating ANY gluten and the past few months only eat dairy if I have taken a lactaid, it doesn't make since so I have cut out all dairy, it seems to be worse after I eat and makes me have PAIN, I just can't figure it out.

Thank you all so much I guess I have just had a little virus that has taken a while to get out of my system, I had some good homemade bread for lunch with peanutbutter, and I just had some apple sauce with peanut butter mixed in, if you cant tell that is my comfort food, and helps me add some protein and dense calories, I cant stand to loose any weight!
  19. I have had an upset stomach for a week now, and feel extremly sick. I still am eating, but use to eat saltine crackers and bland food when my stomach is upset I have been eating a lot of peanut butter banannas does anyone have any suggestions to some bland foods that wont upset my already turned stomach?

  21. this all started with elisabeth having a gluten problem, but not saying Celiac disease, maybe she does not have Celiac, or does not wish to share her problems with the rest of the world, maybe they will not let her go in to detail about it, I dont think we need to be so hard on someone when we would not want someone to doubt the severity of any of our conditions...
  22. I watched that today too, I am 19 and have actually been mistaken for her twice, I guess we really resemble, it is really strange she has Celiac too! I also tried to email her a while back and then again today! Hopefully I will hear a response!
  23. If you have any Kroger stores near by I called the other day and the ladt confirmed the instant grits were gluten free, she said if there was a rick for CC it would list MAY CONTAIN: on the botttom of the ingridients, and it says may contain soy, so eat up!

    Yum! I love it! I sort of actually forgot about it though.. I haven't been in a few months but they have always been great about the service and my needs I LOVE THE CHICKEN! PF Changs is luckily always pretty trust worthy thus far, I feel better about it when the server brings it to the table and lets me know it is Gluten free without asking!
  25. I was wondering if anyone eats at BAJA FRESH? They list some items on there web site I was just wondering how well they do with us Celiacs there?
