I will try out those smoothies, applesauce, yogurt, and possibly mashed potatoes.I don't know why I am so scared of this surgery, I guess its since Im going to be awake its scary three of them are in so hopefully it will run smoothly.   10. I use Gluten Free Pantry Baking mix, in a Kusinart bread machine with a gluten free setting, avalible at Williams sonoma and worth the $100. I get the sandwhich bread mix at our local wild oats. I make this about every 2 weeks I let it cool after coming out of the machine, and slice with an electric knief then refrigerate for freshness!

I am having to have my wisdom teeth out and they decided not to put me to sleep but they are giving me something like a valuim before that take them out, does anyone know if Mepergan Fortis #2 is gluten free? or its also known as Meprozine. I am sure I will have plenty of other pain without getting glutened!
  13. I have recently discovered the Lara bars too and love them apple cinnamion is the obly Lara Bar I tried I tried the Maya Mint Chocolate and didn't like it I am glad to see the cashew cookie is good I bought a few of those! has anyone tried the cinnamon roll one?
  14. I love the rolls as a sandwhich. After microwaving them I cut them into thirds and make one sandwhich and eat the other piece as toast. Sometimes I make cinnamion toast out of it by buttering it after I get it out of the micro and putting CSugar mixture on it and its good... I havent tried pizza but I am thinking it would work good in the oven.

  19. Thats too bad about TCBY I eat there every once in a while with no noticable trouble, I get the white chocolate moose most times, and thought it was safe, I guess I will mark that off the list of safe treats

I did not know where to post this but does anyone know any specfics I would need to tell the surgeon when I get these removed my mom has been alittle worried about them putting me to sleep is all that stuff ok for celiacs? I am an ok healthy weight but does that effect the stuff they use to put you to sleep? I get nervous with surgerys. Has anyone had this...

I know they are fab just as is!!! oh well if its more calories thats fine I guess cause I was going with the 40 per half... but if its 120 thats ok too just as long as I am getting enough, as of right now im not worried about too much..I know it will all catch up one day but I for sure eat the whole thing as a sandwhich! I eat the french rolls quite reguarly, and got online to look at the other rolls Gillians offers, and saw the calorie content on the french rolls is 120 for half but on the ones I eat it is 40 per half. this would not normally matter but I am keeping track of my calories, to make sure I am getting enough, does anyone know which one it is?

I have a difficult time maintaining as well, but I have found that if I start the day with a good breakfast.. eggs, turkey, fruit and grits, or peanutbutter Vans waffles and fruit it helps to get in extra calories. I am personally not a fan of the boosts but it does through in some extra calories. The boost PLUS has the most. Snacking is also helpful...
