I had mine out last summer I am about your age, and the denist did not put me to sleep they were already coming in a little but they gave me gas. I felt this was better for my situation because it didnt take as long to recover from being put to sleep. I was so scared like you because I am also underweight, and the thought of not eating n losing more scared... -
This is the new thing like the activa yogurt that is suppose to be great for your digestive tract does anyone know if this is gluten free as well, I know the regular is so I assume this is it has Annato in it and I know that can be questionable.

I have had a run with something terrible going on my second week. I woke up one morning extremly sick to my stomach and felt that way all day, and threw up a few times, that night I felt a little better I thought until 1:30 that morning I woke up with the chills, D, and throwing up, I ran a fever also. That was the worse that but sense then I have felt terrible...

I have a great sandwhich bread recipe if you are interested it is on this site I am not sure if others have tried it but it is as close to normal bread as I have found! Let me know if you need me to re post it! I also invested in a cusinart bread machiene with a gluten free setting which was way worth the $100. -

I wonder if some people just cannot tolerate the pill I have had problems with everyone I tried and finally got off this weekend. I have terrible side effects. I was only taking it to regulate my periods. So what is the natural planning you are reffering to? The reason mine arent regular is I am underweight as well. -
I know lactose intolerance goes hand in hand with celiac in some cases. I am lactose intolerant and usually buy the equate ( walmart brand) Lactid in the box, that are individually packaged. For some reason the other day I picked up the equate brand in the bottle instead of the box, and did not read the ingridents, so I took one, and my stomach started hurting...

I slice my bread when it is stil kinda warm it is so good fresh and warm! then after that I put it in a tuberware box in the refrigerator and toast it, a loaf last about a week at my house tho! I made the best cinniamon raisin bread this weekend it was so so good! -

I live in a small town and Ocharleys is one of the only options thanks for the allergen info I understand that there is always a risk for CC but overall do you trust the allergen list of menu items is the same for each location?

of course there are the obvious chains, and I also have contacted J.Alexanders and they will accomidate you as well. Most everything there is made from scratch. There is a few different wild oats locations I guess the one in Green Hills would be closer to your hotel than in cool springs. There is another Health food store called the Turnip truck it is located...

I am sorry you are having such a hard time. I am not sure your height but even though you are trying to loose weight 800 calories is too little just for your body to function if you laid in bed all day you still would need at least 1200, your calorie intake may be too low your body thinks its starving and it is trying to hold on to everything. I wanted to add sometimes I replace the potato starch with sorghum flour ( sweet rice)or however you spell it. And I add about a 1/4 cup of flaxseed meal for a more grainer bread. -

I have perfected a gluten free bread, I have posted the recipe on the same post as the most wonderful sandwich bread.. I make about a loaf a week my gluten eating boyfriend and family members also enjoy it if you cant find the recipe or would be interested in it I can post it again. My Cusinart bread machine has been way worth the investment
