fruit veggies are always easy popcorn peanut butter JIF is gluten-free Mission Corn Tortillas make a good Quesadilla in the skillet but warm them up for sure.. The most of my family is gluten-free and we invested in a bread machine at williams sonomma by kusinart, its fabulous we use bob's red mill wonderful bread mix ( ab 5 dollars ) Makes GREAT sandwhices... -

I Love the apple cinnimon, they are my favorite, we toast them a long time and get them crispy for about 3 mins and flip them after each minute, we top them with Crunchy peanutbutter and apple butter, they are great! -

Thanks I have also been eating Quaker grits someone said there is a cross contamination issue, and that they have become very sick.. I have not had trouble yet either. where do you get the Arrow head mills? What brand stone ground grits? -
I have been eating Grits made by quaker fruquently and thanks to this board realized they are really bad about cross contaminating, does anyone have an alternative, I am low in iron and they had a good source of nutrition plus I loved them! if anyone has any suggestions please let me know!

I didnt eat it by itself I added Hamburger like hamburger helper and it was actually really good we added salsa to some and it was a pretty good little casserole I would eat it again for sure sorry it didnt work for yall though! -

I eat some grits and cinnimon and a little butter sorta like oatmeal.. I also melt chocolate chips and stir in rasins.. Turkey rolled on top of sweet pickles.. little wraps Anything mixed with peanut butter is good for sure I eat it on everything from fruit to gluten-free waffles.. I add applesauce as the oil in brownies too it makes them really really... -

I ordered some of the Perky Os the plain version and they taste alot like cherrios with some sugar and fruit they were great, they dont get real soggy in milk either I am just hopping wild oats will start carrying them, it seems like they will carry something you like a lot then the next time you go to get it its gone, its a tease! -

I am very severe and have eaten both the starburst and sweet tart jelly beans I called about them the other day and they varrified to me that the Sweet Tart jelly beans are Gluten Free so enjoy and the modified food startch is just corn! EAT UP! -

I eat the Lite Kroger brand yogurt or the carb master, neither one because of trying to lose weight but they do not list any ingridents containing gluten that I see, I have not had a reaction yet and they are really good and cheap! 5 for $2. -

I just ate like half a bag of the apple cinnamion rice cakes from Quaker are they not gluten free?? I sure Hope SO! -
I actually have the same thing and I notice it appears about a week before my period also, I eat lots of fruit so maybe the acid does it I am on a very strict gluten free diet so I dont think gluten is the cause I have been gluten free for 5 years, but if ya'll figure out what causes it I would LOVE to know! Thanks!

Hey I also use the Bobs Red Mill Mix I have never baked it in the oven but we purchased a Kusinart bread maker at Williams Sonomma ( about $100 dollars) but it is well worth it all you do is add the mix and wet ingridents and you have the best bread I really felt as if I was eating real white bread, I also LOVE peanut butter if you daughter does also I... -

I actually have the machine and got it about a month ago and have made at least 4 loaves of bread already it is great I use the bob's red mill wonderful sandwhich mix and its great! I love the setting and I have also used a homemade recipe and both are out of this world I felt as though I was cheating!
