    So we ended up at Celiac day today. I was impressed, they handed out great material and magnets for the fridge. There were posters in the Natures Marketplace making people aware of how common celiac is and other things like that. They were sampling cookies and crackers and other snacks. The woman talking about celiac at the table was very nice too...

    We had the rain of all rains yesterday....literally poured all day long. I am cleaning today.

    I don't have a Kroger but that is exciting. it sounds similar to what Wegmans does, let me tell it makes shopping so much easier.

    Wow I missed a lot today....a lot at my day job since I stayed home, and since I just laid around with my big kitty Lucky I missed alot on here. Well off to the grocery store for some food. Talk to all my sillies later.

    9 more days till my wedding. The weather channel long range forecast says cloudy and high 58....my wedding day and its the coldest day of the season Keep your fingers crossed for no rain!!!!

    Many of our board members used postive improvement from diet changes as their diagnosis. If they feel improved after going gluten free alone, that is a good enough reason to not put yourself through the testing. I had already started the testing process as I started the diet. If I started the diet first, I wouldn't pursue the testing....as long as I was feeling...

Now I am debating whether to go to my store or my mom's (Scranton) I wanted to go see my mom this weekend, but I really want to go to my store, the gluten-free aisle is bigger.
