    Wegmans uses Allergen keys, so if the product is gluten free there is a little "G" in a circle, usually the circle is orange too. There lists is also found at Wegmans.com

    Hi Everyone I am feeling much better today, but from everyone I talk to they all have had the stomach bug....not fun! So I believe by the way people are walking around and grabbing things that my cubie mate and I may have gotten our office....it is tiny and we wont have much room but heck who cares it is ours!

    I liked Perky-Os the first time I had them but the second box I bought I didnt enjoy as much, they have an after taste which I didnt care for.

    All about the glaze. If you get a ham from the store without glazing and glaze it yourself it is much safer, probably tastier too. Good Luck!

    Malt in the rice crispies is made from barley and that makes it unsafe for people eating gluten free, I see it used in a lot in cereals as a sweetner I am guessing....very disappointing!

    I didn't realize the post was a few days old when I first replied, how are you doing today? I don't have the same pain you have so I cannot compare but I do use the heating pain and it helps relax my cramps/pain. I also like to take warm baths....very relaxing. Hope you are feeling better!
