    Fiddle-Faddle - I just made meatloaf, but I have a pretty unusual recipe, and I did make my own gluten-free bread crumbs, in the blender.....turned out okay, but good idea on the Doritos - may try this. I did use worcestershire, and no problems. Also - sautee onion, grated zucchini and grated carrot in a pan and add that to the meat/etc., so no onion soup...

    am cracking up as I scroll down and read and seeing chocolate/candy bars/bumbles in the avatars.....     Nope, Laura, really good info....my best friends from Monterey moved to Fredericksburg almost three years ago....I have a free plane ticket any time I'm ready to go. They both work in DC and the husband actually briefs people at the pentagon on military safety and tanks and stuff.....um....not sure what he does as if he told me he'd have to kill me........

    Carla - yes you do but ask your doctor or dermatologist for samples, if possible...this stuff is awful at first and you will look WORSE before you get bettter - extreme peeling.....
