    oh dear gaaawd...I grew up with brothers also....I can burp louder and longer than anyone I personally know, can burp many alphabet letters, Lisa.....this is fantastically entertaining around the campfire but a skill that I must use, um, judiciously.... yet another useless talent.....     the nuggetts.... but there were hardly any, NOT the usual quantity I eat....I made them take the bag away....     Hi everyone......sad little dingo-girl meltdown....friends just left, it was so wonderful having them here for three nights...three extra people is crowded in my little house, but, the silence is screaming now...everything WOULD have been okay had we not seen R's brother at a yard sale this morning.....kind of funny, not one but TWO of R's ex-girlfriends...

    Evie - doesn't sound like fun!     Lee - that is so lovely. It is really good when they go to a good spot, how wonderful, in your church! I almost sold my piano to a stranger...but feel very good about where it is going. and, I can get it back....if I ever have money. which I think someday, I will. this piano has been moved about.....six or seven times in 18 years and it is tired...

    I have used corn starch, it is at least decent, I suppose. I have also tried rice flour and it was slightly lumpy (Trader Joe's Sweet Brown Rice) but I could work to take the lumps out, I think. haven't really tried anything else yet....sorry! Let us know how you do.

Anasthesia....loved it the two times I had it (appendectomy, age 40, endoscopy/colonoscopy this year)...anything that can take me to my Magic Place...
