Thanks for your comments, I have had a lot of issues with my GP recently. Both of my daughters have issues with Gluten, as does my nephew and niece (she has issues with yeast infections when taking in Gluten). -
My PCP had me tested and it came up negative as well. She then told me, you are not Celiac, its all in your head, you need to start eating Gluten! I then spoke to my gastroenterologist and he asked how long I had been on a gluten-free diet prior to taking the test. I told him about 9 months, to which he stated it should have come up negative. I see this directly with my Doctors, in Restaurants and with friends. I have not be diagnosed with Celiac, the two tests done came up negative. M & M Mars seems very reluctant to label their foods as Gluten Free. I love Milky Way Dark and Snickers but not real confidant in trying them with their reluctance. On the other hand, one of my favorite candies is Goldenberg's Peanut Chews (the original dark chocolate version). They are labeled as Gluten Free and they are Delicious!!!
