  1. I Took airborne last week for the first time, I got shakes really bad after the 2nd dosage. I thought maybe it was because I hadnt had any tea. so I had some & it didnt help.I waited longer then what the time frame says & I was fine as long as I put an extra hour or 2 inbetween dosages.
  2. My son actually is going tommorrow for endo scope & bloodwork in the past 6mths this has happened 3 times throwing up & D we just assumed he had a virus. I thought maybe thats what was yesterday but everybody else is ok. I mean hes had D more often then that but that seemed pretty bad. his face has a rash that actually looks like its drying up...

  6. My daughter is 9 & when she was we little if she drank to much milk she would wake up screaming with leg cramps. Its not so bad anymore since we limit her milk intake
  7. Just wondering according to the gluten free list it says to avoid carmel coloring. how can pepsi & coke be allowed when both have carmel coloring? I told my husband he could still have his pepsi hope thats right.
  8. Robbin I have to agree with you, its very hard to see your child suffer but without a diagnosis on paper you will have a hard time with school, camp anything your child is involved in . Also if is positive the rest of immediate family should be tested. Also your sisters & brothers should be aware especially because its genetic. It save grief for everyone...

  11. up until I was 32 after 2 kids I was terribley underweight at 108 the only time I could gain weight was when I was pregnant, then I would go right back to 108. At 33 had hysterectomy Im now 40 & im At the other end & i cant lose any weight. (im about 40-45lbs overweight) hopefully when I start back on gluten free diet Ill be able to lose.
  12. besides blistery rash around the nose son when after eating anything like oatmeal, rootbeer, anything with wheat he gets patches of bumps (very little ) on both cheeks. & there not itchy when little they said he had slight wheat allergy tested 5mths ago they said he had no allergies.

  17. My sons peditrcian prescribed it for him, we only use it when its blistered. He doesnt like the feel of it. I just didnt know if it was used for that or eczema?

According to the nurse at my drs (she just emailed me) The current GOLD standard for diag suspected celiac in children is performing a EGD, because children are more likely to give a false negatvie blood test beacause their bodies have not had suffcient time to amke the antibodies being tested. & the blood test that are be performed are to make sure...
