    Carla, my dad bought me an infrared sauna when I was detoxing the mercury. I think very highly of them myself.     It makes perfect sense miamia. I had to do this too a couple years ago. I was down to only eating meat and vegetables and I had become so sensitive to any starches.     Omg, I am laughing so hard at this Rachel!! I remember those pants with the loop on the bottom. Weren't they called something specific??
