ARCHIVED Everyday Minerals - Great gluten-free Mineral Make-up!
Green12 replied to Mango04's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
Welcome Dolly! Glad you jumped in and joined us This is so interesting to me. According to the EM foundation selection guide I am a "cool", I also do sort of fit into the "buff" category by description, I have gold flecks in my eyes (but I don't necessarily think I have yellow undertones ). I have both the cool and buff foundations... -

Kristina, great news on your progress!!! Very frustrating indeed April. I think it's pretty safe to say your house has a mold issue I had a thought, have you looked into ozone generators/machines? Has anybody else here? I am rusty on the info and research, but if I recall correctly they are effective for killing molds and bacterias... -

I get these too and thankfully most of them are filtered out by my spam folder. Unfortunately I have to go through my spam folder often because it seems some of my legit emials land in there at times, and every once in a while one of the spam emails makes it into my inbox. I did notice anytime I register at different websites I get an influx of the... -

Mirrors are an excellent suggestion, if you place them in the right areas they will reflect light and give the illusion of the space looking larger. -

Mango said "twould" Hello ladies! That does look good, I'm going to put it in my file Thanks Judy, looks good!! We can never have enough chocolate goodies It looks like those were frosting ingredients and then you just use the recipe on the Hershey's can for the cake, if I read it correctly. This recipe looks great too Nancy, thanks for posting... -

Hi Julie Do you own your home? If you do, my thoughts are to knock down a wall to open it up a little bit. I don't know if you have the means, or the money, to do that but it does make a huge difference in a older home like that that cuts the living space up with all the walls. Other than that smaller scale furnishings are probably... -

A Rachel sighting!!!!!! Thanks for the update. Oooh, sounds potentially exciting Keep us posted. My thoughts were the same for Charlie, upping the fats which ups the calories. You can make a big salad (if you can tolerate raw veggies) and mash avocadoes blended with olive oil and seasoning for a dressing. Flax... -

Captain Silly Yak? Patti, I didn't know where to post this (I figured you read here more frequently than the OMG ) I am so sorry about Allo It's so hard watching our pets, beloved members of our family, struggle with aging and all the things that go along with that for them. You are in my thoughts. -

You do make the pressed powder sound very tempting.... It will be so nice when the sample sizes come out, I hope it includes everything in the EM inventory! Probably wishful thinking But most things I imagine, at least the minerals, will be in samples, don't you think? Yes, happy 100 pages, on our little EM cult make-up thread Who... -

Oh, didn't know you can't take mag with Zith, I wonder why? Yes, we will have to wait until Carla gets back from work to tell us about the Mangosteen juice! In the meantime, here are other things in my "C" aresenal : Are you still drinking lots of lemon juice in water? Lemon juice stimulates peristalsis. If you warm the water and kind of... -

Thanks for this info. What exactly is Mangosteen juice? Sounds interesting. Last night was better for me, the 2 days prior were terrible though. I was completely covered in water, all over, I literally soaked the bed! For me this coincides with my cycle, so I am inclined to believe it is associated with my hormonal imbalances... -

Thanks Mango! I used butter I don't see why you couldn't experiment with spectrum spread or coconut oil. You cream the sugar with the fat, it might give you a slightly different end result, but I think it's doable. I might try it too, I'm on a mission to perfect this recipe! I'm so used to a modified way of eating anyway, you probably couldn... -
