    Kass, Metagenics makes some rice protein based protein powders. I haven't had them in a long time though, and I know since then they have added many flavor varieties and I'm sure their formual has changed over the years. I think they also have a lot of added ingredients- but since it is professional grade company product they are good quality ingredients...

    I've saw this brand of mixes a while ago in my local health food store, but they don't carry them anymore and I never got around to trying them. I'm also interested to hear if anyone has tried them and what they think.

    This statement strikes me as having multiple meanings....or at least two that come to mind A total rehaul , and so true it is quite scary!
