    Ginger root is also an excellent digestive, it stimulates digestion so I try to drink it before meals. I just take fresh ginger root, cut off a one inch chunk or so and peel it, drop it into a mug and pour hot water over it, then let it steep for about 5 minutes. It's strong, spicy and has a bite but I like it!

    Excellent report Donna!! It sounds like Silk Dust is good stuff, an excellent primer, keeping the minerals in place and set, controls oil.... Am I right?     I was reading up on those bentonite clay detox baths, while extremely helpful and beneficial with detox they are saying they aren't a good idea for home use. The clay could cause thousands of dollars worth of damage in your plumbing/drainage systems as it will clog and seal things up. So just research it well and proceed with caution.
