    At least in the US, there is a blue bag that says Crispy on it...it's not gluten-free. The yellow one with peanuts is gluten-free as is the original brown bag.

    Terrific! Just remember that you cannot cheat at all on this diet if you want it to really work--similar to the gluten-free diet in that respect, I guess.

    Sorry, what do you mean by both lists? Do you want the master list, plus the zipped folder with all the individual lists? They're both the same; it would just be about how convenient you would find it for printing and such. I guess I could also unzip the smaller lists...just put them in a regular folder and send....

    I don't either--but that way instead of having newbies constantly asking the same questions and people giving similar, but always slightly different answers, we could redirect them to that topic--and if they had other more specific questions, they could still ask about those under the thread they started.
