  1. Makes it easier to curl up and take a nap if you are so tired you can barely get through the door too, right?
  2. Couches in entryways are definately an inconvenience. Not nearly as bad though, if mold had grown to be a problem.
  3. Again I agree with Shay. Some people do well vegan, others don't. My family actually developed more health problems. Basically, you need some animal protein to help move toxins out of the body. If we had stayed on with at least eggs we may not have gotten as bad.
  4. After being vegan for 3 years I had no problem introducing meat/eggs back into my diet. As Shay said, you could always get some enzymes to help if you need to. Some I was on are the papaya ones....forget the name but I can look it up if interested.
  5. Paula, I'd start supps one at a time unless you were muscle tested for them. At least 4 days in between but maybe it should be longer. Hopefully someone more knowlegable will chime in.
  6. Wow Rachel! I'd be concerned too. Hopefully the damage near/around your mom's condo won't be bad.
  7. Good news about the photon treatments for the family Carla.
  8. Sherry, I'm sorry to hear you got sick, although not too terribly surprised due to all that's going on over at your place. I don't know of any suggestions about the Zith and Enula, aside from what ART said.
  9. Paula, It's nice to have everything written down for you. Donna, Glad the CT scan went well. Hoping for continued improvement in you diet allowances.
  10. Welcome to the thread mltjq.
  11. Donna, Chalky doesn't sound the least bit appetizing Hope all goes well tomorrow and you don't have any problems with the icky stuff.
  12. Our old church where we attended when we found out about the problems with gluten still served the gluten treats. We brought something for our children to snack on and they were told to never eat anything unless they cleared it with us. My youngest, who is now 3, wasn't a problem in that church....we were in his class. Our next church we only attended...
  13. I don't know if metals are in with everything else you're dealing with, but you need animal protein to deal with those. Can you eat eggs if you don't want to, or can't, eat meat. I have an oil mixture I can pm you the proportions of to help get the proper mix of omega 3 / omega 6 as well, if you would like.
  14. Happy Birthday Jess.
  15. Paula, Sounds like gluten free would be a good thing for you. Will wait for you to post results....not that's I'll know anything about what they mean. Rachel, I find the genetic stuff interesting. Too bad it takes so long to get results back. Sherry, Hope the leak wasn't bad and you won't have residual problems from that....
  16. What she said.
  17. Happy Belated Birthday Janet. Hope it was great!
  18. Congrats on the job Lisa. Rachel, That makes sense to me the way you explained it. I like when you break things down to understandable pieces. It was all greek to me too and I didn't even see the video.
  19. Welcome back Donna!!! Glad to hear that your bout yesterday with not being able to eat didn't last.
  20. I do know someone online who has it, but no I don't know anything about it. Sorry Christine. It is on the list of things that CAN be helped along with metals though. I'll find that part of the quote if you'd like.....it was from this thread I think.
  21. I agree. My personality would like quick possible answers to food intolerances and adding them back in after a time to see how it goes.
  22. If I remember correctly, the only foods that came up on Dr Fine's test were gluten and soy. I found the IgG ELISA test helpful in removing those foods that came up and reintroducing them after a couple months off of them. The thing that didn't come up on Dr Fine's testing that did on ELISA (both IgG and IgE) as well as muscle testing was dairy. It's...
  23. I really don't know what to think about Dr Fine not publishing his work. I have an ELISA IgG/IgE test done in Feb 2006 due to my youngest breaking out in ezcema. I went very gluten light based on those results. Found the board in May of that year and opted to be tested through Enterolab due to reading that blood tests wouldn't be reliable after being...
  24. Sorry guys, I've been scarce this weekend, but at least it wasn't busy here. Paula, I hope that the red meat is the answer. I do eat red meat more than once a week but we buy the 100% grass fed beef that is supposed to be much better for you. I'll be looking for updates when you have them. Carla, I'm so happy the treatments went...
  25. Sounds very promising Lisa. ......and like a good company to work for.
