Welcome. Enterolab, for the whole gluten panel including gene test is $369. They do offer something for $99, but not sure what that covers. We had the full panel done plus the soy/egg/yeast. There website is Open Original Shared Link so you can browse and see what you want to do. -

Cecile, Container gardening would probably be best for you in the sand. You can buy soil to put in them, just make sure they are well watered and have an outlet on the bottom. Cecile, I think I've read other things about starlink where the truck driver conveniently "lost" the shipment so that it wouldn't reach it's destination or something like that. Starlink corn was awful. -

Nikki, Are you sure that's IgE? IgE measures allergies, IgA measures for intolerance. ttg from what I understand is an induced autoimmune reaction in the body. AST is a liver enzyme. I had elevated AST and ALT two years ago that have gone back to normal. The gluten free diet should take care of that. I was told to check back in a year with mine but... -
