  1. Vincent, what's not to like. You're our town rule breaker and hero. How do those two go together?
  2. First of all Second of all....consider yourself flogged and can't you crawl under that adorable kitten of yours. Not exactly a rock but certainly cuddly and comforting (at least as much as a wired kitten can be). Thirdly, You're not fat and the weight will start coming off soon. Only about 2 more weeks girl.....you've done good.
  3. Ok Beverly, you've been added as english teacher. See Cissie for further instruction. Here's the updated list everyone......waiting for Armetta to get back to us on her preferences. Rachelville Rich farmland by the ocean, with mountains at our back to provide fresh spring water. Population (not sure haven't counted) President: Rachel Vice...
  4. Armetta, Would you like us to add you to another duty? What do you like to do?
  5. Beverly, Here is the job application Rachel (the Prez) typed out. If you pass the application (it's easy), then we need to know your preferred job placement area. Here is the application for a job in R-ville. Are you gluten free? Do you promise to never infiltrate Rachelville with gluteney foods? Do you promise to never bring gigantic...
  6. Robbin, It is annoying when you lose a post isn't it. I've done that before too. When are you leaving your critters for a mini vacation? I took care of my old neighbors kitties, horses and bird whenever she needed me too. She has one cat that is the absolute most loveable cat I've ever been around. He'll claw you climbing up to get more attention...
  7. I checked on her earlier today.
  8. Julie was online yesterday according to her profile. She must of just not posted. I usually check profiles now before I start worrying.....sometimes I don't feel like posting or don't have time but always get on to read.
  9. Susan, That's great news!!! Have fun, get some rest and let us know how it goes tomorrow. Sounds like fun and beauty all wrapped up in one package. I don't get out of the house much and am so out of shape I wouldn't be able to take much more than a very slight incline walk. I do love God's nature though.
  10. It is best to have something in between your skin and the ice pack girlie. But not so much that you can't feel it. Of course I always used a plain ice pack on my head when I was younger. Talk about brain freeze....and not from eating ice cream.
  11. Rinne, I'm glad you were able to come to terms with a renewed relationship with your son. Such kinds words of advice and wisdom for Susan to ponder. I'm glad to call all of you loving, kind people here my friends.
  12. I also eat rice. I typically will have rice with meat (and/or eggs for me) and then fruit on the side. I have that for my brunch, if you will. I also make sure I have meat for dinner. If I get hungry in between I figure out a snack. I only eat two meals most times but don't necessarily recommend that, especially when you are trying to balance out your...
  13. Freeda also has gluten free children's chewable vitamins that are vegan. They have 8 mg. of iron so that may not be good for children who eat a lot of meat for protein. We've recently switched from the vegan diet and the children have not taken to it real well. When they do we will probably be looking to switch to a different brand.
  14. Cecile, It doesn't sound like you had enough to eat. Make sure you eat something else if you need too.
  15. Chrisser, I haven't experienced what you are going through but I do know if I don't have enough protein during the day I get shaky and sometimes dizzy. Can you share what your intolerances are so we have more to work with. Also the foods you don't like?
  16. Cecile, How was your dinner? Are you ok so far? I see you.
  17. That's great news about her eczema and her fun time outside. So glad she has been healing well and her gagging is a little better.
  18. Susan, What a tough time you are going through. First of all a big HUG. You are such a caring, kind person....you're family will realize it. You have done everything humanly possible to heal the rift between you and your brother and family. Now it's time to step back and let God work in their hearts. I know it is hard and I'd be crying if I was...
  19. Ryan, I completely understand what you are going through with your mother. My mother isn't a christian which can be just as bad as someone cramming different beliefs down you or a loved ones throats. I must confess this board has taught me to be more accepting of different beliefs, but we are still teaching our children what we believe. The challenging...
  20. Tom, If you were diagnosed Celiac or gluten intolerant than you need to be gluten free for life, even if you have not symptoms. You will still do damage to your intestines if you are celiac, you're body will stick attack the invading protein from the gluten. If you were gluten allergic than you could try little bits of gluten to see if you still reacted...
  21. Rinne, Enjoy Life makes chocolate chips without soy lecithin in them. They are pretty good and that is what I use since everything else carob and chocolate have the lecithin in them.
  22. If they are predominately gluten-free I would recommend Enterolab every 2-5 years, unless symptoms develop before hand. Open Original Shared Link for Enterolab's website.
  23. That's good that he can have a friendly competition with his friend. I used to like to play Triopoly which was a three tiered monopoly game. Much more fun than the original.
