    Sorry, double post....it said it hadn't gone through. Not much going on with us. Mitch's miles this month have been very short. He'll be over 2000 miles under what he normally is. Makes for a very short month. I'm hoping this doesn't continue as we won't be able to afford to restock our supplements at this rate. I've already cut down the food budget...

    Yay on the mill and yay on those delicious sounding cookies! I have a mill that attached to my Champion juicer but I can't use it anymore since I did wheat in it. It wasn't very fast. We haven't even used the Champion for quite awhile. Used to make nut butters and sorbet with it. I hope you get this figured out soon......you've been missed...

    My daughter has bumps all over her arms that look like acne. I was told by a regular doctor that it was eczema as well. My alternative health care provider said it's from lack of fatty acids.     I agree. Melmak, Rachel has some good advice. I've had testing done through the alternative doctors and was found to have a parasite, although it's not causing me any obvious problems. I've also got candida, but I'm assuming it's not too bad as my doctor is just using supplements to take care of it and didn't tell me to go on the anti-candida...

    Kassandra, Eczema can also be caused by metals. I haven't looked into anything else non food related. I have some problems with eczema as well that haven't cleared up.......I'm thinking mine is tied to metals.

    I would agree with the others. You wouldn't get accurate results if you've been off of gluten most of the time in that 5 years.
