  1. That's an interesting article. It will probable be 2 years before I can get my other cavitations taken care of as I've got to get the amalgams out. Then I have to find money for detox/chelation so it may be longer than that. They are smaller than the one under the root canal which I just had taken care of.
  2. I know nothing about it. Haven't looked into it. I just know my family's intolerances stem from metals and/or candida for the most part.
  3. Now that is geat news! February will be here before you know it! I hope you can figure out something for calories. Are you just going of dairy short term until your congestion clears up?
  4. My family seems to have some problems with nutritional yeast. I haven't used it in quite some time. It does make some things more difficult. I hoping we will be able to use it again at some point downt the line, but maybe I won't want to by that time. I think only one of us tested intolerant to yeast but it's not a problem in bread that I know of, for...
  5. I love the new photo of you two too. Glad you are getting some rest.
  6. Sigh........we still aren't there yet. I'm soooooo tired of these food intolerances. I caught up quickly. Past time to get the little one (who's not so little anymore) to bed and let hubby on the computer. Susie, Hope you have a better day tomorrow.
  7. I have a recipe in the recipe thread I started last year. You can use whatever beef you like.....we use ground beef for pretty much everything. Open Original Shared Link
  8. Sorry I missed this Kolka. The clear jel is made from corn. It's a powder. I'm sure you could try gelatin in it's place. You'd have to play with it and see how it turns out. I don't use the clear jel or instant clear jel anymore since we avoid corn as much as possible....especially non organic. I haven't made these recipes for a long time.
  9. Hope everything goes/went well this morning and that the worm meds did their job. I suppose it will be a couple weeks before you know your challenge results? Everything you mentioned is a possibility. I used to eat a lot of tuna too. I didn't have allergies, food intolerances or hay fever until my early 20's and have had fillings since I was in my...
  10. Sounds like another good appointment Rachel. Hopefully your mom will keep the house well aired this week to help with the carpet situation. I'm glad she's having the guy come back and rerinse it.
  11. I haven't noticed a difference but I'm not on the anti-candida diet either. Doesn't help that we are extremely low on food stuff and out of grocery money for another week. I did have a piece of fruit this morning. I've cut back on my meals. We have lots of rice and meat but I don't want to overdo either. T has been on an eating frenzy which doesn't help...
  12. I think I got it! That's good your family is aware of your downswings as well as your upswings. It will get better soon again.......I'm being real hopeful that this stuff will get the Bart under control quickly so you can feel somewhat normal again.
  13. Thanks everyone!
  14. We take capsules. It's by Nature's Way and isn't very expensive. That's the brand Dr. E wanted us to get. I think I would have tried taking them back but you'd probably have had a hard time trying to find real wood.
  15. This is what I was referring to. Hopefully this trend won't continue with me and it's just the stress of everything at once.
  16. I don't know if it's the tooth, starting the detox, running out of money for treatments, or financial. Could be all of the above. We have all been irritable, hubby included, but he and I seem to be the worse. Maybe in part due to the fact that the children had some quick detox's done with the LED's and we didn't. I'll go back and look up that...
  17. Carla, What you picked out for the kitchen sounds real nice.
  18. Susie, I don't know if they have LED over there but they should have some form of muscle testing. At some point maybe it will be possible to have that done. Rachel, I'm sorry about the setback. I wouldn't relish the drive feeling the way you do either. I've been highly emotional and somewhat depressed lately myself. Don't know if it's stuff...
  19. Thanks for the links Sherry and Donna. I've got them bookmarked now.
  20. I'm hoping too. and I don't think there is much more I can add to this. Yep, it is a nice picture.
  21. Donna, I can't make heads or tails out of your results either.
  22. I'm excited to hear the results from the next challenge test too. I'm sorry about the parasite meds doing you in. Only 2 more days! The boards were down for a little while yesterday. That's interesting about the baking soda......I'll have to keep that in mind. Sherry, Thanks for the update. I don't know how you do all...
  23. Mia, I may have been able to use seeds had I thought about it. Thanks for the suggestion though. Carla, I hope your kitchen goes smoothly and without any hitches so you can have it done by Thanksgiving.
  24. Thanks everyone!
  25. Thank you Patti.
