    The ELISA test I got was taken by my doctor (he's an MD that moved to holistic medicine). You would need to find a holistic/naturopath that does IgG ELISA testing. Since you've eliminated so much already I think it would help try to figure out what else could be causing problems. It is a blood draw and takes 2-3 weeks to get the results back. My doctor...

    I'd stick with breatfeeding as well. Have you have ELISA IgG tests run on you. That's what I did with my youngest. He had broke out with ecema due to intolerances. Once I cut out soy and all gluten his rash went away. It would be easiest and quickest to do the ELISA test instead of an elimination diet. Have you gone gluten-free? Soy or dairy...

    I'm hoping all goes well for you tomorrow. I've never had a "scopy" or anything of the sort so I don't know what the barium is like.........somehow I don't think I want to go there.

    Donna, I forgot to comment on you wearing a mask at work when needed. I certainly don't think it would hurt. People may think it odd, but that's their problem. My mom's told me of seeing people out and about in town with masks on....probably for pollen.....but they are masks nonetheless. You need to do what is necessary to be able to do your job...

    Mianline candida tests aren't real reliable no. Basically, if you're open to it, alternative testing will give you answers the quickest. If you have any type of problems with metals, candida will grow to "capture" them. Candida overgrowth is the bodies way of controlling something that shouldn't be there. The reason so many spend fortunes on treatments...

    Hope all goes well and the house sells quickly. Not fun with the antibiotics and you just getting over the glutening from the sunscreen. Hope they don't cause you to much trouble. My thoughts are with Judy......thanks, I didn't know what time her appointment was.

    Sherry, Sounds like you will need to eat some things that don't get along with you. It's just the daunting task of figuring out which things cause the least reactions that you can live with. Not fun at all. Are you over there long term?

    It could be cc issues, another intolerance, etc. First off start keeping a food journal. Write down everything you eat and how you feel each and every day, throughout the day. If you can't pin down anything then I would suggest testing for other things like candida, parasites etc.

    If you want to try and get an official diagnosis you need to wait it out. With celiac in the family though, I would leave her gluten free and leave it at that. You have positive dietary response so you know gluten is a problem whether it's celiac or gluten intolerance at this point.
