  1. Gluten Free Flax Bread by Laurie150 from recipezaar. Recipe #190906. She has published a cookbook as well. I'll dig up the info if you are interested. 12-18 servings 1 loaf 2 3/4 hours 2hours prep 1 1/4 cups gluten-free flour 1/4 cup garfava flour (I make 3 loaves at a time and use 2 3/4 c rice and 1 c sorghum, 3/4 c coconut flour) ...
  2. You can sub some coconut flour in. I use 1/4 c coconut flour per load of bread. The only flours I use are brown rice, coconut and sorghum. I also don't do well with bean flours or millet flour.
  3. Aside from what has been mentioned, flax seed meal is good sprinkled on pretty much everything. Coconut flour is also good to mix in if you do your own baking. I would assume coconut would be good too.
  4. Sounds like a productive morning. Hope you didn't overdo it.
  5. Carla and Alison, I hope that this is the last of the personal pm's mentioned on this thread. It is extremely disrespectful and rude to discuss this on the open forum.
  6. Soy is definately not a good thing. It is hard to do without soy sauce though. We used to have a lot of it. I'm glad you're back Rinne. I've missed you. Yay on the solo! I'm still working on not being on the computer as much. The thing is I'm sitting in front of it a lot even if I'm not on it. Sorry about your air hunger...
  7. Here's another little snippet from somewhere else.
  8. The following is an intro into from the website my doctor referred me to to learn more about the ASYRA/LED treatments. If anyone is intersted click on the link at the bottom of this post, then go to the bottom of the page and click on the right link for more into on ASYRA/LED treatments. Open Original Shared Link
  9. I have bought both Solaray (sp?) and Wild Oats Vit C with rosehips. They are both gluten free.
  10. Hi Lisa! How are you doing? I don't know about the coconut milk which is why I didn't respond earlier.
  11. Great news Susan! Please take it easy.
  12. I've been wondering where you were! Good to see you. How's your week been?
  13. Great news Alison!
  14. Hi Bob! I didn't realize you had so many limitations as you haven't posted that on the OMG thread. I don't have lyme but I hope you guys don't mind if I hang around.
  15. I don't know what test this naturopath did, but muscle testing is a valid test. Some forms of testing out there that are valid are BioSET, ASYRA and ART. BioSET is electrol dermal testing, ASYRA and ART are similar but more advanced from what I can tell. I've recently started treatments for my daughter using the ASYRA/ART. They don't test for specific...
  16. We were talking about whey protein on a different thread recently and someone brought up goatein. Don't know if that would work for you or not though.
  17. I mentioned that the stuff that wasn't remnants of the cheese making industry should be good too. She said it was a study done in China. I don't know the details as I haven't read the book. This person studied all parts of Chinese culture, cities to farms/rural areas.
  18. Thanks for posting the trailer Carla. That part wasn't working last time I visited the site.
  19. Morning everyone! Seth slept through the night last night......yay!!! Our new neighbor stopped by last night to see if everything was ok since the children hadn't been out playing in the evenings. We told him it had been too hot. It's funny that he's already gotten used to a routine with them. Jin, to reiterate Patti, Rachel is fine...
  20. Welcome. It's good your sister can help you out. We are here if you have any questions though.
  21. We've had it before but aren't super sensitive. We didn't have any problems with it. It is good stuff.
  22. I don't have any first hand experience as I've never smoked. My parents both did though. They quit and started numerous times but stopped for good when a spot showed up on an xray of my fathers after he was broadsided. You'll want to keep yourself busy and find something to occupy the time and attention that was put on smoking. Go out for walks. If...
  23. T has had problems with the granola before we started with treatments. Sometimes she just likes to try it again. It is a more recent problem though. I think they changed the "formula" since they are improved. I don't have an old box so I can't compare but I'm wondering if it's caramel color. As far as cherries she really hasn't had those. She tried...
  24. Certainly wouldn't hurt to try but I'd wait until you are completely over a herx before trying it so you know if you have a reaction to it. Super hot is over. Down to the mid 80's tomorrow and then upper 70's to lower 80's. Nope, we aren't going anywhere. A church friend went down there yesterday to pick up someone.
