    With being so toxic it seems like that is one of the quicker ways to get your sulpha pathways open so you can detox and chelate. I would strongly suggest you get yourself in for an ART session. If you come up here it would also be a ASYRA session. I think you need the direction that ART will give you. Don't take the stuff with wheat germ.

If my doctor (MD/holistic, not the ART doctor) was talking to you he'd say to have the amalgams taken care of first.     I don't have a lot of answers either. I do know that both gluten and soy can cause joing pain. Go off all the offending foods for at least 6 months and then challenge one at a time leaving a week in between. I wouldn't challenge the gluten though.     Rachel or anyone else taking whey protein...... If it doesn't list the amino acid break down does it still have it in there. We found some that listed and some that didn't. Without having a canister in front of me it's hard to remember what was on the list.
