    If you are going to have a biopsy done you need to remain on the gluten. You could definately get a false negative if you go off gluten beforehand.

    Your LED treatments will be determined by ASYRA since you're having that done. The ASYRA finds what is of the most concern on the first layer from what it sounds like and then once those are dealt with, it will deal with what comes us during the next ASYRA run.     Better. The headache is at a dull roar right now. Hopefully it won't get to more than that. I don't get these too often. I think stress makes them worse.

    That's good that mercury can be done in one session. Sometime they don't take too though so keep that in mind. Is your mom going with you on Friday?     Tis true. About the hemp seed. My husband said the cannabis family is like drugs in the body, same thing with poppy seeds. If he ever got pulled over and went through the urine test and was found to have this stuff in his blood they'd consider it as drugs. I've heard of poppy seeds doing that to people. Sounds like it has a lot of good properties...

    Soy and dairy can cause a lot of problems. I would heed your doctors advice for 6 months to give yourself some time to heal. They you can challenge one at a time and see if your body can handle them. Make sure you leave a week in between challenges though, preferably two as another poster took 10 days to notice a reaction.
